Melhorem.
They make unnecessary demands to accept the patient and still have a terrible service, they take a long time to respond and sometimes they don't even respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobrou quatro sessões no valor de 700,00 e não terminou, sempre desmarcado as consultas dizendo que um paciente tava em crise e não ia dar para realizar a consulta, outra vez desmarcou porque tinha sofrido um acidente de trânsito outra vez tinha morrido alguém na família, e assim até agora ,não devolveu o dinheiro e nem terminou as sessões. Começou a atender em novembro de 2019 e até o dia 19/02/2020 não responde as mensagens e não marca um retorno. Não recomendo, quer receber avista e não termina às sessões .
He charged four sessions in the amount of 700.00 and did not finish, always clearing the appointments saying that a patient was in crisis and was not going to be able to make the appointment, again he canceled because he had suffered a traffic accident again someone had died in the family , and so far, he did not return the money and did not end the sessions. He started to answer in November 2019 and until 02/19/2020 he does not answer messages and does not mark a return. I do not recommend it, you want to receive a view and do not end the sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu teria consulta hoje, só que não respondem o whatsapp e nem mandaram o link da consulta no meu e-mail. Não retornarei nessa clínica, apesar de ter bons comentários e indicações sobre os profissionais.
I would have an appointment today, but they don't answer whatsapp or send the appointment link in my email. I will not return to this clinic, despite having good comments and indications about the professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando contato com a clinica ha quase uma semana, primeiro me informaram que haviam horarios disponiveis, solicitaram encaminhamentos e a carteirinha médica, enviei tudo e nada de resposta. Quando fui cobrar, a atendente informou que só existia horario para o proximo ano. Demoram uma eternidade para atender, ficaram com todos meus dados e não me ajudaram em nada.
I've been trying to contact the clinic for almost a week, first they informed me that there were available hours, they asked for referrals and the medical card, I sent everything and no response. When I went to collect, the attendant informed that there was only a schedule for the next year. They take forever to answer, they kept all my data and didn't help me at all.
