★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações são excelentes o corpo clínico é capacitado muito bom, a clínica conta com amplos dormitórios área de churrasco, piscina, quadra poliesportiva, baias para cavalo, campo de cultivo e local para meditação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu Deivid, estive internado no período por 2 meses, foi a minha 5 internação (primeira nesta), confesso que a minha experiências foi horrível, fui acredito verbalmente várias vezes, fui exposto de uma forma discriminatória sobre a minha condição que somente a equipe Médica e Enfermeiro e coodernadores tinha acesso ao prontuário, é inadmissível a forma que fui exposto, detalhe foi passado todo o problema a direção-geral e nada foi feito, depois deste episódio começou a topar de remédios, e por varias vezes minhas medicação era trocadas de forma errôneas, porem quem realizavam a ministrações eram os próprios internos, conhecidos como gapes, monitores, que inclusive eram pacientes como eu, não houve sigilo nenhum e muito menos ética profissional.
Fiquem atentos, na internet é algo maravilhoso e quando entra em contato é oferecidos o paraíso, e na verdade é uma clinica sem condições nenhuma despreparo é no geral, brigas é rotina,foi extraviado material de higiene pessoal , roupas, sabão em pó amaciante, tudo sumiam e ninguém fazia nada..... tipo estou nem aí.... existem 3 clinicas light house no municipio de Jaboticabal, tive a oportunidade de conhecer as 3, unidade 1, unidade2 e unidade3, exatamente não sei falar qual a pior.
I Deivid, I was hospitalized in the period for 2 months, it was my 5th hospitalization (first in this), I confess that my experiences were horrible, I was verbally believed several times, I was exposed in a discriminatory way about my condition that only the Medical team and Nurses and coordinators had access to the medical record, the way I was exposed is inadmissible, the whole problem was passed on to the general management and nothing was done, after this episode I started to take medication, and several times my medication was changed from erroneous ways, but who carried out the ministrations were the interns themselves, known as gapes, monitors, who were even patients like me, there was no secrecy and much less professional ethics.
Stay tuned, the internet is something wonderful and when you get in touch, paradise is offered, and in fact it's a clinic without conditions, no unpreparedness is in general, fights are routine, personal hygiene material, clothes, soap powder, softener, everything disappeared and nobody did anything..... like I don't care.... there are 3 light house clinics in the municipality of Jaboticabal, I had the opportunity to meet the 3, unit 1, unit 2 and unit 3, I don't know exactly which one worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive internado por dois mês, não existe equipe técnica da forma que a legislação em vigor estabelece, por varias ministração de medicação é feita pelos próprios internados (gaps, rotativos, monitores), tratamento horrível, brigas é algo rotineiro, não existe faxineiros, cozinheiros, são nos próprios internos que fazemos toda manutenção da clinica, que na visão deles é LABORTERAPIA, sou paciente crônico, fui exposto sobre a condição á todos, não houve sigilo e muito menos ética da equipe dos profissionais que fui acompanhado, fui humilhado, cheguei a passar mal durante período noturno não tive nenhuma assistencia pois não a clinica mesmo não oferece, pedi que fosse o caso chamar samu ou me levar até um atendimento médico, a resposta que tive foi que eu era manipulador, (sendo paciente cronico), quando minha familia entrou em contato foi citado varias atividades inclusive piscina lago de pesca pisícologo enfermeiros médicos, enfim tudo isto contratidório, no site é uma coisa, realidade é assustador, sai deste lugar mil vezes pior abalado meu psicológico, meu relato não pra querer prejudicar ninguém, muito pelo ao contrário é ajudar FAMÍLIAS que busca salvar seus entes queridos e na busca e no desespero acaba sendo enganado através do sites e informações fornecidas, e deixando algo há mais, foi extraviado varias pecas de roupas, higiene pessoal, material limpeza que pedido pra levar tais como sabão em pó, conforto, ....etc estes tem que permanecer com eles mas nunca eu usei, simplesmente desapareceu e nada foi feito, e varias outras coisas negativas, que não vem ao caso no momento, a lista seria enorme. FIQUEM ATENTO!!!! Para não ser a próxima vítima, é horrível descrever momentos tão dolorosos, mas são fatos reais e pura VERDADE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrivel, deshumano, infelizmente meu irmão ficou internado, foi a pior experiência que a nossos familiares passou no período de internação, não existe profissionais técnicos, houve varias vezes ofensas, descriminação, trocas de medicamentos, tive o desprazer de conhecer o local, na internet tudo ao contrario, por telefone antes da internação é oferecido algo maravilhoso, mas na prática acredito ser pior que presídios, tive oportunidade de conversar com outros familiares de outros internados que passou por situação até mais grave. Cuidado com o golpe, Internet é algo e realidade é outro coisa.
