★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no dia 13/08 me falaram que nao tinha vaga nem previsão que eu teria que ligar novamente, Liguei dia 16/08 não tinha vaga e me falaram que tinha que ligar novamente, Liguei hoje 02/09 e me falam que não tem vaga no horário que eu podia, mas após eu insistir falaram que podem "tentar me encaixar" mas que para isso eu teria que ligar no plano e pedir a autorização antes e que não poderia já deixar agendado. ou seja mais uma vez tentei contato telefônico e não tive nenhum sucesso pois a clinica não sabe trabalhar com agendamento. você deve ficar ligando e tentando a sorte. vou procurar outro local.
I called on 08/13 they told me that there was no vacancy or forecast that I would have to call again, I called on 08/16 there was no vacancy and they told me I had to call again, I called today 02/09 and they told me there is no vacancy at the time I could, but after I insisted they said they can "try to fit in" but for that I would have to call the plan and ask for authorization beforehand and that I couldn't schedule it. that is, once again I tried phone contact and had no success because the clinic does not know how to work with scheduling. you should keep calling and trying your luck. I will look elsewhere.
