★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para marcar consulta agente liga e a pessoa que atende pega o telefone e desliga na nossa cara.liguei novamente e isso se repetiu por 30 vezes até eu desistir!
To dial appointment agent calls and the attendant picks up the phone and hangs up in our face. I called again and it was repeated 30 times until I gave up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone de vocês, é horrível, por 2 dias liguei pra recepção porém não conseguir falar, o 1. dia fiquei quase 30 minutos e nada, no 2. dia após 10 minutos desistir.
The phone call from you, is horrible, for 2 days I called the reception but can not talk, the 1. day I stayed almost 30 minutes and nothing, on the 2nd day after 10 minutes give up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa a desejar. Fiquei quase 20 minutos pra atenderem o telefone. A recepcionista atende e manda aguardar. Fiquei na espera até a ligação cair. Falta de respeito. Isto tudo se repete.
Service leaves something to be desired. I was almost 20 minutes to answer the phone. The receptionist answers and orders to wait. I waited until the call was dropped. Lack of respect. This is all repeated.

Total descaso com os pacientes em relação a horário, nunca fui atendida no horário, se não sair da consulta com a próxima marcada, não irá conseguir marcar pelo telefone, funcionárias da recepção completamente despreparadas!
Gosto da médica, mas será impossível continuar nesta clínica.

Total disregard for patients in relation to time, I was never seen on time, if you don't leave the appointment with the next appointment, you won't be able to make an appointment over the phone, reception staff completely unprepared!
I like the doctor, but it will be impossible to continue in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, por vias vezes consulta marcada e uma com 1 hora de antecedência e outra com 30 minutos de antecedência foram desmarcadas, uma falta de respeito com o cliente, gasto tempo, gasolina e chega lá simplesmente dizem q foi remarcada, se quer marcar na parte da tarde ou outro dia, como se estivéssemos a disposição da clínica, NÃO RECOMENDO.
Terrible, sometimes an appointment was scheduled and one with 1 hour in advance and another with 30 minutes in advance were unbooked, a lack of respect for the customer, I spend time, gasoline and when you get there, they simply say it was rescheduled, if you want to book in the part in the afternoon or another day, as if we were at the clinic's disposal, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de relatar minha indignação com essa clínica de atendimento SUPER IRRESPONSÁVEL. Consegui uma folga suada, virei trabalhando para levar minhas filhas a um atendimento dermatologico e simplesmente no dia da consulta desmarcam! Indignada com tamanha irresponsabilidade. Quem é mãe e pai de família sabe o sacrificio que é conseguir levar um filho ao médico...perdi um dia de folga, minhas filhas, um dia de aula. Pra acontecer um ato desse. Poderiam avisar no dia anterior, e não a menos de 3h para a consulta acontecer.
I would like to report my outrage with this SUPER IRRESPONSIBLE service clinic. I got a sweaty break, I'll come working to take my daughters to a dermatological service and simply on the day of the appointment they cancel! Disgusted with such irresponsibility. Anyone who is a mother and father knows the sacrifice of being able to take a child to the doctor... I missed a day off, my daughters, a day of school. For such an act to happen. They could notify the day before, and no less than 3 hours for the appointment to take place.
