★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário para o final da tarde com a Luciana e faltando duas horas me ligam querendo rearranjar o horário para mais cedo pois vagou horário. Como não pude, pelo horário de trabalho que me limitava, me indicou outro horário em outra semana.
O mínimo que se espera de um profissional seria manter os compromissos que agenda, mas fazer com que um paciente fique dependendo da boa vontade e dos horários que vagam é muita falta de vontade pelo trabalho que faz.

Tinha diversas dúvidas e ela me respondeu todas ... como toda a consulta de convênio elas são extremamente rápidas e objetivas, não tem muito lero-lero.. então não pense em ficar puxando muito papo que não rola... já va com as duvidas anotadas no papel e pergunte tudo . Muito boa a consulta.
