★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, não indico essa clínica para ninguém...uma falta de organização e empatia para com os pacientes,estou aguardando o retorno com os exames em mãos vai fazer dois meses,uma semana a médica está se covid depois de 15 dias entra de férias,solicitei que pelo mesmos outro médico verificasse meus exames pois não estava bem e precisava de um feedback,mas nenhuma solução foi tomada.aqui fica meu desabafo e insatisfação com a clínica do bairro em Sussuarana.

Solicitei informação se os exames que tinha na receita aceitaria só pelo convênio, a atendente do whatssap informou que faria tudo pelo convênio , e que não precisaria de jejum. Chegando lá fui informada que dois dos exames não aceitava pelo plano, ou seja quem passa o orçamento não está preparada ou nem se deu o trabalho de lê a receita para saber se os exames aceitavam pelo convênio. Por isso o meu não indico vai para esta clínica do bairro, que não tem compromisso nem responsabilidade para com o cliente.

Arriving there, I was informed that two of the exams were not accepted by the plan, that is, whoever gives the budget is not prepared or did not even bother to read the prescription to find out if the exams were accepted by the health insurance. That's why I don't recommend going to this clinic in the neighborhood, which has no commitment or responsibility to the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, desorganizado, muita espera para fazer uma USG, várias pessoas reclamando de fome e da espera, se não dar conta pq marca tantos pacientes para o mesmo dia? Zero estrela, não volto e não recomendo para ninguém. Tô dando 1 estrela pq não tem a opção de zero.
Horrible, disorganized, a lot of waiting to do a USG, several people complaining about hunger and waiting, if you can't handle it, why schedule so many patients for the same day? Zero star, I won't go back and don't recommend it to anyone. I'm giving you 1 star because you don't have the option of zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, pouco organizado. Embora seja próximo de casa, não compensa. Talvez por ter poucos funcionários, transmitem desorganização e pouca eficiência. Já fui numa consulta onde o medico interrompeu meu atendimento para discutir (via celular) com um familiar na minha frente. Falta de educação e ética. Talvez pense que por ser uma clínica popular, comporte-se dessa maneira... Lamentável

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero com a falta de consideração com o paciente gastei dinheiro e até hj não fiquei boa do meu poblema. Toda vez um exame diferente um medicamento diferente e nada de ficar boa só gasto. A médica passou um medicamento por último que ñ me fez bem quando retornei para falar com a médica a coordenação falou que teria que pagar uma nova consulta. Só pensa no dinheiro e mais nada péssimo atendimento não gasto mais um centavos aí prefiro pagar para fazer meu tratamento em outro local. A pessoa morre e eles ñ resolve o poblema toda vez um dinheiro só visa o dinheiro da pessoa o atendimento melhor nada.

Péssimo atendimento começando pelo recepcionista, relaxado, relapso e desinformado. Não tem qualquer cuidado com as pessoas.
Informações erradas e desencontradas, no agendamento fui informada que o medico chega às 14hs, e deveria chegar antes.
O recepcionista informou que o medico chega às 15hs. Não tem prioridade para idosos. Enfim péssimo de todas as formas.
Deveriam fechar isso aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, hoje às 10horas estava lá para um atendimento com a doutora Paula ginecologista, e a mesma já não se encontrava para atender um retorno, 10 horas da manhã, explicação dos recepcionistas foi que a mesma tinha um compromisso e precisou se retirar, e olha a ironia, que eu voltasse na próxima sexta que eles me dariam um desconto por algo que foi a médica que não atendeu.
Atendimento pior que o SUS
