★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paciente agenda o exame por telefone e quando chega lá é surpreendido com a notícia de que não tem agendamento nenhum e que não há nada que possa ser feito. Uma completa falta de respeito com os clientes. Até o SUS é mais organizado que isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são populares, mais o atendimento é péssimo, um tumulto logo na entrada, todo mundo aglomerado, o pessoal da recepção desinformado dos procedimentos dos exames , fui fazer um mapa 24 horas não possuem aparelhos disponíveis para realizar o exame, tem q aguardar a hora dos pacientes do dia seguinte retornar para eles colocarem o aparelho, a moça que faz o procedimento altamente grosseira quando fui pedir informação do tempo de espera pq meu pai é idoso e desde de cedo tava esperando , " não posso fazer nada". Com uma semana de espera para receber o resultado não tava pronto , meu pai perdeu a consulta pq não estava com o resultado. Acho uma falta de respeito com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica ruim, atendimento horrível, funcionários não passam as informações corretas, eles falam q não agenda exames ou consultas mas passam pessoas na frente q aparecem misteriosamente. Qndo vamos tirar dúvida os funcionários são arrogantes e estressados com os clientes. Fora isso, a clínica ainda é suja, muito mofo nos ar condicionadas!
Bad clinic, horrible service, employees do not give the correct information, they say they do not schedule exams or appointments but pass people in front that mysteriously appear. When we ask questions, employees are arrogant and stressed with customers. Other than that, the clinic is still dirty, a lot of mold in the air conditioners!

Médico arrogante!
Pagamos pela consulta que não dura nem 5 min... Total descaso com o problema do paciente que muitas vezes vem de longe que é o meu caso.
E pra piorar, o médico mandou voltar com 30 dia pro retorno sendo que no 30° dia ele não estava, nos obrigando a retornar no dia seguinte...
Mas no dia seguinte na nossa frente se recusou a nos atender por que o dia 30 foi um dia antes que ele tinha faltado.
Sou profissional de saúde, e minha consulta não fica a menos de 30min pra início de conversa, e de forma alguma eu me recusaria a atender um paciente que está na minha frente precisando de ajuda, por mais que ele tenha passado do dia do seu retorno...
Quanto mais se a culpa fosse minha.
Pelo contrário, pediria desculpas por ter feito ele dar viagem perdida no dia seguinte. E provavelmente ofereceria algum tipo de benefício.
Continuarei com as medicações mesmo s o retorno, se ocorrer algum problema, serão responsabilizados...

But the next day in front of us he refused to answer us because the 30th was the day before he had missed it.
I am a health professional, and my appointment is not less than 30 minutes to start the conversation, and in no way would I refuse to see a patient who is in front of me needing help, even though he has passed the day of his return ...
How much more if it was my fault.
On the contrary, I would apologize for making him miss the trip the next day. And it would probably offer some kind of benefit.
I will continue with the medications even on return, if any problem occurs, they will be held responsible ...
