★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu PC estragou, levei pra trocar a tela, demoraram dois meses sob o argumento de que a tela não havia chegado e que a demanda estava alta. Trocaram. Dois meses depois a tela parou de funcionar. Demoraram mais 3 semanas para me dizer que tudo estava funcionando, mais uma vez sob a alegação de que a demanda estava alta.
Deplorável! Péssimo atendimento, principalmente do dono que é grosseiro!
 My PC broke down, it took me to change the screen, it took two months under the argument that the screen had not arrived and that the demand was high. They changed. Two months later the screen stopped working. It took them another 3 weeks to tell me that everything was working, again under the claim that demand was high.
Deplorable! Lousy service, especially from the owner who is rude!

Como eu estava precisando de um note com placa dedicada , pedi auxilio ao Alexis que me mostrou um notebook que atenderia a minha necessidade. O note do meu irmão ficou perfeito, o que estava aqui em casa parado não teve jeito mas me mostraram peça por peça e abatemos o valor das peças boas no notebook que comprei com eles ! I'm super satisfied! I recommend! I took my brother's notebook and a notebook that was stopped at home to fix it as indicated by the IT of the company where I worked. As I was needing a note with a dedicated card, I asked Alexis for help, who showed me a notebook that would meet my need. My brother's note was perfect, what was here at home was hopeless but they showed me piece by piece and we dropped the value of the good parts on the notebook I bought with them! Mantenha-se longe desse projeto de loja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não indico e nem deixo nada para concerto mais, paguei para fazerem um laudo tecnico para cemig, rasuraram o laudo cujo formulário foi deixado em mãos do tecnico e a cemig não aceitou o que eles enviaram e indeferiu meu pedido de ressarcimento. Trocaram o processador do meu pc por um bem inferior e além de demorarem para fazer a troca trocou por um que continua sendo inferior ao original da maquina e agora nem me respondem mais. Por mim eu não daria nem uma estrela, mas sou obrigada a dar para fazer esse comentário.
I do not indicate or leave anything for concert anymore, I paid for them to make a technical report for cemig, they erased the report whose form was left in the technician's hands and cemig did not accept what they sent and rejected my request for reimbursement. They exchanged my pc's processor for a very inferior one and besides taking a long time to make the exchange, they replaced it with one that is still inferior to the machine's original one and now they don't even answer me anymore. As for me, I wouldn't even give a star, but I have to give it to make this comment.
