★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei mesmo! Minha consulta era as 8hs, por ordem de chegada. Cheguei às 7h30 para ser atendida logo, a recepcionista ainda tava abrindo a clínica e organizando o espaço. O médico (psiquiatra) que deveria atender as 08hs simplesmente não chegou. Fiquei até às 9h30 aguardando e nada! Não deram nenhuma satisfação aos pacientes. Perguntei várias vezes. Precisei ir prq tinha consulta em outro lugar. A recepcionista não sabia dar informações sobre o médico, não informava nada direito. Muito desorganizado! E o espaço físico deixa a desejar, na limpeza , organização e ventilação. Perdi meu tempo! Não recomendo a ninguém.
I really didn't like it! My appointment was at 8 am, on a first-come, first-served basis. I arrived at 7:30 am to be seen right away, the receptionist was still opening the clinic and organizing the space. The doctor (psychiatrist) who was supposed to attend at 8 am simply did not arrive. I stayed until 9:30 am waiting and nothing! They did not give any satisfaction to the patients. I asked several times. I had to go because I had an appointment elsewhere. The receptionist didn't know how to give information about the doctor, she didn't say anything right. Very disorganized! And the physical space leaves something to be desired, in terms of cleanliness, organization and ventilation. I lost my time! I don't recommend it to anyone.
