★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não respeitam horários, marcam mais de um paciente no mesmo horário, não priorizam idosos, menina da recepção é grossa ao ser questionada sobre atraso nós exames, isso tudo porque estamos pagando por um serviço bem caro.
Estou indignada com tanto descaso, só sabem cobrar, isso sabem fazer muito bem.
 Horrible, they don't respect schedules, they schedule more than one patient at the same time, they don't prioritize the elderly, the girl at the reception is rude when asked about delays in exams, all this because we are paying for a very expensive service.
I am indignant with so much neglect, they only know how to charge, they know how to do this very well.

Eu liguei, marquei uma consulta e recebi uma confirmação de WhatsApp. Cheguei no dia da consulta o médico não existia e a recepcionista (muito despreparada) só sabia dizer “não tem nenhum médico com esse nome” ao invés de me oferecer alternativas e outro agendamento com o especialista que eu precisava ela somente ficava repetindo isso.
Terrible place with poor service. I called, made an appointment and received a WhatsApp confirmation. I arrived on the day of the appointment, the doctor did not exist and the receptionist (very unprepared) could only say “there is no doctor with that name” instead of offering me alternatives and another appointment with the specialist that I needed, she just kept repeating it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero registrar aqui o meu desapontamento com uma pediatra doutora Sadiela, minha filha levou meu neto pra uma consulta, por indicação minha, pois frequento a clinica a muitos anos. A criança estava a 2 dias com febre e ela se quer olhou a garganta do bebê; oiiii!? Resumindo ,pesou ,mediu.. e o bebê continua com febre . Acho que a Dom Bosco deve escolher melhor seus profissionais, pois os mesmos podem prejudicar o nome da clínica de tão boa reputação .

I want to register here my disappointment with a pediatrician, Dr. Sadiela, my daughter took my grandson to an appointment, on my recommendation, as I have been going to the clinic for many years. The child had a fever for 2 days and she even looked at the baby's throat; hiiii!? In short, it weighed, measured.. and the baby still has a fever. I think that Don Bosco should choose its professionals better, as they can harm the name of the clinic with such a good reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo WhatsApp é DESASTROSO! Não recomendo a ninguém que agendem consultas ou peçam informações por lá.
Em todas as vezes que recorri ao canal para algumas questões, sempre fui mal atendida.
Você pede informações sobre um determinado exame e a atendente volta falando de um exame de outra especialidade nada a ver... A mesma coisa com consultas, pergunto de Ginecologista e a mulher me retorna com Endocrinologista...
Também já aconteceu de eu agendar um exame e chegar na hora não ter nada agendado lá no sistema da clínica... Não confio no atendimento via WhatsApp!!!
WhatsApp service is DISASTEROUS! I do not recommend anyone to schedule appointments or ask for information there.
Every time I used the channel for some questions, I was always poorly attended.
You ask for information about a particular exam and the attendant comes back talking about an exam in another specialty that has nothing to do with it... The same thing with appointments, I ask about a Gynecologist and the woman returns me with an Endocrinologist...
It's also happened that I schedule an exam and arrive on time without having anything scheduled there in the clinic's system... I don't trust the service via WhatsApp!!!

Esta péssimo,médicos não respeitam horário. Ridículo ultrapassar 1h além do horário agendado. Retorno então, idem. Nem consegui passar com médico e mostrar os exames, pois tinha compromissos a cumprir. Eles acham q temos o dia todo livre.Pagarei tudo de novo (que não é barato ) em outra clínica para ter um diagnóstico descente.
Não frequentarei mais.
Attended for more than 12 years
It's bad, doctors don't respect time. Ridiculous to exceed 1 hour beyond the scheduled time. Return then, ditto. I couldn't even go to the doctor and show the exams, because I had commitments to fulfill. They think we have all day free. I'll pay it all over again (which isn't cheap) at another clinic to get a decent diagnosis.
I won't be attending anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto eu como meu filho volta e meia realizamos consultas e exames nesta clinica, e sempre fomos bem atendidos desde os colaboradores aos médicos, se um dia ocorra o contrário tbm virei aqui relatar, espero que não pois gosto do atendimento de lá. Parabéns toda a equipe.
Both my son and I regularly perform consultations and exams in this clinic, and we were always well attended from the employees to the doctors, if one day the opposite happens, I will also report here, I hope not because I like the service there. Congratulations to the entire team.

Valor da consultar $ 190,00 eh caro mas tá bom aceitei o valor antes !
Agora ser mau atendido na recepção e com o médico ! Profissional medico (a) tem que conversar mais com o paciente não eh de graça não estamos pagando e não eh pouco !
