★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para minha vó com uma atendente para um neurologista, segundo ela ele ia vim dia 17, ai disse que não dava certo e queria outro dia, ela confirmou às 13h do dia 24/11, levei minha vó em carro fretado, porque moramos em outra cidade, e chegando ao local a clínica tava fechada e ela ficou sentada na calçada esperando porque ela não consegue ficar em pé, as atendentes chegaram quase 2h e ainda disseram que o médico não vinha, só vinha dia 01/12. ISSO NÃO SE FAZ COM UM IDOSO, AINDA MAIS COM AVC, MUITO DESESREPEITO COM MINHA VÓ. E AINDA FICAMOS COM O PREJUÍZO DO CARRO.
I made an appointment for my grandmother with an attendant for a neurologist, she said he was coming on the 17th, then she said it didn't work and I wanted another day, she confirmed it at 1:00 pm on 11/24, I took my grandmother in a chartered car, because we live in another city, and arriving at the place the clinic was closed and she sat on the sidewalk waiting because she can't stand up, the attendants arrived at almost 2 am and even said the doctor wouldn't come, he would only come on 12/01. THIS CANNOT BE DONE WITH AN ELDERLY, EVEN MORE WITH A CVA, A LOT OF DISRESPECT WITH MY GRANDMA. AND WE ARE STILL WITH THE DAMAGE OF THE CAR.
