★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica e super atenciosa gostei do atendimento, porem a recepcionista super ignorante, seca, arrogante, acho pelo atendimento que a medica nos da no mínimo a recepção deveria ser o mesmo, pois a primeira impressão e que fica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Para retirar um exame que foi pago além da consulta, me deixaram horas esperando, sendo que eu avisei dias de antecedência. Não me deixaram nem subir! (Será que por que não quis fazer o retorno com ela?) Falta de um olhar humano para a situação, mas hoje em dia estes profissionais só pensam em $$$!
Também fui muito mal atendida pela secretária que mostrou descaso para minha necessidade.
Terrible attendance. To remove an exam that was paid in addition to the consultation, they left me hours waiting, and I told them days in advance. They didn't even let me up! (Could it be that I didn't want to return with her?) Lack of a human eye for the situation, but nowadays these professionals only think about $$$!
I was also very poorly attended by the secretary who showed disregard for my need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para retorno de consulta, fiz todos os exames e precisava retornar para resolver meu problema e simplesmente a recepcionista me mandou uma mensagem dizendo que teria que ficar na fila de espera, tipo SUS, absurdo, meus exames estão todos ficando sem validade já e até agora nenhum retorno, descaso total com o paciente. Nota zero.
Lousy service for return of consultation, I did all the exams and needed to return to solve my problem and simply the receptionist sent me a message saying that I would have to stay in the waiting line, like SUS, absurd, my exams are all becoming invalid now and so far no return, total neglect with the patient. Zero score.

Extremamente atenciosa e responsável, é o tipo de médica que te escuta, aconselha, não tem pressa para terminar a consulta e está sempre sorridente. Super delicada na hora de realizar os exames. Até hoje não encontrei médica melhor!
I became Dr. Cláudia's patient in 2011 and since then I haven't changed for anything. Extremely attentive and responsible, she is the type of doctor who listens to you, advises you, is in no hurry to finish the consultation and is always smiling. Super delicate when it comes to exams. I still haven't found a better doctor!

Agora tenho varios exames pra levar, faco acompanhamento de reposição hormonal e a mensagem é: lista de espera, sem termos esperança de uma data de atendimento. É um basurdo isso!
Dr. Claudia is a sensational doctor! But there should be a receptionist like her, because I've never seen someone so dry and unwilling!
Now I have several exams to take, I do hormonal replacement monitoring and the message is: waiting list, without any hope of a date of attendance. This is a basurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive no consultório da Dra Claudia em 2018, e fui muito bem atendida, posso dizer que é a melhor médica que já fui. Eu só não continuei o tratamento porque mudei de São Paulo, mas agora eu voltei a morar em SP, por isso irei marcar minha consulta com ela. Ela é ótima!!
I was at Dr Claudia's office in 2018, and I was very well attended, I can say that she is the best doctor I have ever been. I just didn't continue the treatment because I moved from São Paulo, but now I'm back living in SP, so I'll make an appointment with her. She's great!!
