Na 1º consulta verifico exames bioquímicos, medidas antropométricas (peso, altura, dobras cutâneas em milímetros – bíceps, tríceps, supra ilíaca, subescapular, peitoral, coxa – e também em centímetros). Realizo anamnese alimentar onde faço um questionário sobre aversões e preferências nutricionais, diário alimentar, atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do dia.
Como diferencial temos o aparelho de bioimpedância (exame que consiste em demonstrar através de bioimpedância elétrica quanto do peso total do indivíduo corresponde a ossos, vísceras, líquido, massa muscular e gordura), esse exame é de extrema importância para diagnóstico e conduta na dieta, ele é contra indicado para gestantes e indivíduos com marcapasso.
Na semana seguinte o paciente retorna a clínica para retirada do cardápio personalizado de acordo com o caso em questão. Os retornos são quinzenais para andamento ao tratamento e melhores resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agendaram às 13:30,porém tinha 6 pessoas na frente,e todas agendadas para o mesmo horário.
Falta de respeito total,cheguei com 2 horas de jejum para fazer exame e ficaria mais umas 2 horas pelo menos até ser atendida.
Custa muito agendar cada pessoa em um horário?
Recepcionistas não sabem atender tbm.
Acabei indo embora pq tinha compromisso e não podia ficar esperando horas para ser atendida.
They booked me at 1:30 pm, but I had 6 people in front, and all booked at the same time.
Lack of total respect, I arrived with 2 hours of fasting to take the exam and I would stay another 2 hours at least until I was seen.
Does it cost a lot to schedule each person at a time?
Receptionists do not know how to serve too.
I ended up leaving because I had an appointment and couldn't wait for hours to be attended.

Onde está a ética? Comentar de um paciente com outro? Cadê a empatia? Extramamente decepicionado
Very bad professional, my daughter has a hearing problem and was being seen by her, my daughter referred a friend to this professional and she was making fun of my daughter, she was made fun of by my daughter not listening to what she is saying, instead of talk to my daughter, ask if she understood, comment to her friend? Where is the ethics? Commenting from one patient to another? Where's the empathy? extremely disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência: confusão no agendamento da consulta, falta de explicação sobre um procedimento não coberto pelo convênio e que teria que ser pago na hora da consulta.
Chegando lá, não aceitam encaminhamento médico digital!! Em todas as clínicas que passei, isso é um procedimento aceito pelo convênio, mas, aparentemente, para essa clinica há um procedimento diferente e obrigatoriamente precisam do encaminhamento físico.
Por fim, meu horário agendado era pra 16h30, mas vi que na tabela impressa da recepcionista estava 17h, ou seja, eles já se programaram pra me atender fora do horário agendado... Pelo menos o descaso é organizado, vendo os comentários aqui, parece ser algo recorrente...
Por sorte, não segui com o atendimento, este post teria o dobro do tamanho =)
Bad experience: confusion in scheduling the appointment, lack of explanation about a procedure not covered by the health insurance and which would have to be paid at the time of the appointment.
Once there, they do not accept digital medical referral!! In all the clinics I went through, this is a procedure accepted by the health insurance, but apparently, for this clinic there is a different procedure and they necessarily need a physical referral.
Finally, my scheduled time was 4:30 pm, but I saw that the receptionist's printed table was 5:00 pm, that is, they have already arranged to see me outside of the scheduled time... At least the neglect is organized, seeing the comments here, seems to be something recurrent...
Luckily, I didn't follow up with the service, this post would have double the size =)
