★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi tempo e dinheiro, atendente por telefone ignorante, profissional em oftalmologista Dr, Bernardo bicharra pinto totalmente ignorante, minha esposa saiu de tão longe encarando 3 conduções ida e volta e não ficou 30 segundos em atendimento.. péssimo. Dinheiro ganho fácil. Não recomendo.. só estou dando uma estrela pois não tem como dar zero..
 I wasted time and money, ignorant phone attendant, ophthalmologist professional Dr Bernardo bicharra chick totally ignorant, my wife went so far facing 3 round trips and didn't spend 30 seconds in care... terrible. Easy earned money. I don't recommend it... I'm just giving a star because there's no way to give zero...

Pinto totalmente ignorante, levei minha filha com ele e ele saiu batendo com a testa dela no aparelho, sem paciência nenhuma, quando saímos da consulta ela reclamou de dor, meu esposo até queria entrar para reclamar e chamar a polícia mas preferi deixar para lá.
I don't recommend it, dr. Bernardo B. Pinto totally ignorant, I took my daughter with him and he left, hitting her forehead on the device, without any patience, when we left the consultation she complained of pain, my husband even wanted to go in to complain and call the police but I preferred to leave for there.

Dr Roberli, great professional, excellent doctor. I just have to thank you for all the affection with my daughter who has been treated with her since when my daughter was 3 years old and is now 8 years old.. I highly recommend!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com a minha mãe e ela super mal atendida, médico totalmente ignorante e sem paciência, se recusou a olhar os outros exames feitos e por ser profissional ao invés de acalmar seus pacientes por terem medo de ficar cego, ele acaba piora do grau psicológico, minha mãe saiu de lá desesperada e chorando muito.
Péssimo médico, sem ética, sem capacidade para exercer sua função.

Com pessoas aguardando em pé no corredor, pessoas esperando muito tempo, pessoas com consulta agendada para o mesmo horário e o pior um pessoa de vcs sai no corredor e fala que as pessoas não podem ficar ali. Até então, ninguém tinha ido no corredor explicar nada. E as pessoas ainda levam esporro por estarem ali. Muito desrespeitoso. Pessoas idosas ali.
E pra mim isso reflete uma desorganização de vcs e quem sofre e ainda tomam esporro são os pacientes. Muita falta de respeito.
I went there at the appointed time and it was packed. With people waiting standing in the hallway, people waiting a long time, people with an appointment scheduled for the same time and the worst one of you goes out in the hallway and says that people can't stay there. So far, no one had gone down the hall to explain anything. And people still get scolded for being there. Very disrespectful. Elderly people there.
And for me this reflects a disorganization on your part and those who suffer and still get scolded are the patients. Much disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei consulta para minha filha no dia 18/01 para a data de hoje e somente no momento que meu marido chegou com ela no Consultório foi avisado que não aceitam mais o nosso Plano de Saúde. Absurdo o descaso e a falta de preocupação em avisar com antecedência que minha filha não seria atendida por esse motivo. Poderiamos até pensar em pagar a Consulta particular, mas nos sentimos desrespeitados com a falta de cuidado e o tratamento recebido ao chegar no Consultório. Cliente merece ser tratado com respeito, independente se a Consulta é particular ou não.
I scheduled appointment for my daughter on 18/01 to today's date and only when my husband came to her in the Office was advised that no longer accept our Health Plan. Nonsense disregard and lack of concern notify advance that my daughter would be missed for that reason. We might even consider paying particular query, but we feel disrespected by the lack of care and the treatment received on arriving at the Office. Client deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of whether the query is private or not.
