★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo lugar, PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, 'profissionais' totalmente sem compromisso e respeito para com os pacientes. Não vão nesse lugar pois não presta. Totalmente decepcionada e me sentindo violada.
Bad place, BAD SERVICE, 'professionals' totally without commitment and respect for patients. Don't go in that place because it's no good. Totally disappointed and feeling violated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma experiência favorável, agendei um atendimento e cheguei 10 minutos antes, na recepção a moça estava ouvindo musica com volume mais alto que o normal se tratando de uma clinica de recuperação e cantando em sem mascara (estamos em pandemia ainda), após esperar por mais 20 minutos perguntei sobre meu entendimento e a mesma comentou que o medico não havia chegado, pedi para ligar e o mesmo não atendeu, pedi para cancelar e fui embora, meu relato baseando em empatia, como que se fosse o contrario eu chegando atrasado com certeza eu deveria ter que pagar a consulta, creio que seja uma falta de respeito com o paciente. Não recomendo!
I didn't have a favorable experience, I booked an appointment and I arrived 10 minutes earlier, at the reception the girl was listening to music at a higher volume than normal when it comes to a recovery clinic and singing in no mask (we are still in a pandemic), after waiting for another 20 minutes I asked about my understanding and she commented that the doctor had not arrived, asked to call and he did not answer, asked to cancel and left, my report based on empathy, as if it were the opposite, I was late I certainly should have to pay for the consultation, I believe it is a lack of respect for the patient. I do not recommend!
