Ótima ouvinte, tranquila e assertiva nas explicações, do diagnóstico à recomendação do tratamento. Sei que atende Sul América nessa clínica. Outros planos consulte a secretária. Recomendadíssima!

Telefone não atende, quando atende é preciso esperar muitos minutos de gravações chatas, se necessário consultar o médico a respeito de algum tratamento, é preciso agendarb e aguardar uma resposta que nunca chega, é lamentável que o conselho deixe lugares como esses funcionarem. Para ser ruim, precisa melhorar muito ainda.

They should change the name of the clinic to WeDon'tCare. No one to answer the phone, by WhatsApp bad service.

It is surreal how long it takes to schedule an appointment via WhatsApp. And apparently I'm not the only one complaining. I've been waiting for 2 days for an agent to respond to my message.
