★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Descaso total porque passamos mais de 1h no cubículo da recepção e ninguém apareceu para prestar algum esclarecimento. Preferi ir embora mas minha esposa ficou por mais tempo apenas para pegar o recibo do atendimento do meu filho que fizemos na mesma semana. Lamentável tal descaso e falta de consideração com seus pacientes e clientes. Havia outra pessoa na espera que informou que isso se repete toda vez que vai ao local.
Terrible attendance. Total neglect because we spent more than 1 hour in the reception cubicle and no one came to provide any clarification. I preferred to leave but my wife stayed longer just to get the receipt for my son's care we did that same week. Such disregard and lack of consideration for their patients and clients is regrettable. There was another person in the waiting who reported that this is repeated every time he goes to the place.
