★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da médica foi horrível, muita má vontade de atender, parecia que ela não queria que agente estivesse lá. Minha filha estava agendada para as 11:45 e tinha outro paciente que estava agendado no mesmo
horário, e tinha vários pacientes chegando em seguida, tava enchendo a sala de espera. Não devia ter ido mesmo ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu procurei a Dra Eliane por ser homeopata mas, não gostei do atendimento pois:
-achei desatualizada nas orientações;
- não incentivou a minha amamentação, sempre perguntava se eu não queria dar fórmula;
-ficava em todas as consultas dizendo pra passar com o filho dela dermatologista;
- não atende emergência e não passa nenhum telefone para dúvida, só falamos com a recepção.
Parei de ir quando ela disse que eu tinha que parar de amamentar meu filho com 2 anos.
I looked for Dr Eliane because she is a homeopath, but I didn't like the service because:
-I found the guidelines outdated;
- he didn't encourage my breastfeeding, he always asked if I didn't want to give formula;
-I kept telling her to spend time with her son, dermatologist, at all appointments;
- does not respond to emergencies and does not pass any phone number for questions, we only speak to the reception.
I stopped going when she said I had to stop breastfeeding my 2-year-old son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA experiência. Perguntava e não me deixava responder, agiu com grosseria comigo, se mostrou ansiosa para terminar a consulta e ainda receitou remédios que não funcionaram. Me senti nada acolhida e é exatamente o oposto do que procuramos em um médico homeopata. Não recomendo.
BAD experience. She asked and wouldn't let me answer, acted rudely with me, was anxious to finish the consultation and even prescribed medication that didn't work. I felt unwelcome and it is exactly the opposite of what we look for in a homeopathic doctor. I do not recommend.

O jeito dela só é mais pratico mas nos meus 24 anos, nunca fui desrespeitada ou mal tratada. Muito pelo contrario inclusive.
Wonderful! Excellent and extremely competent doctor! Super direct and clear! I spend with her since I was little and she always brought me the best results. I recommend it to everyone!
Her way is just more practical but in my 24 years, I have never been disrespected or treated badly. On the contrary, even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, má vontade para atender, seca, errou de profissão. Só pede exames e só examinou minhas filhas pq pedi, se não seria só pedido de exames. Não indico, sai de lá chocada.
Bad experience, unwillingness to answer, dry, wrong profession. He only asks for exams and he only examined my daughters because I asked, otherwise it would just be a request for exams. I don't recommend, leave shocked.

Péssima experiência, médica grosseira, desatualizada, parece não gostar de crianças, pediu que eu retirasse minha filha da sala por estar chorando se mostrando bem irritada com a criança. Sem empatia alguma, apontando diversos defeitos, nos fazendo sentir negligentes com a saúde de nossos filhos sem os mesmos não ter nada. Não voltaria e aconselho outros pais a não cometerem o mesmo erro.
Do not trust the lives of your children in this lady. Bad experience, rude, outdated doctor, doesn't seem to like children, asked me to remove my daughter from the room because she was crying and was very angry with the child. Without any empathy, pointing out various defects, making us feel negligent with our children's health without them having nothing. Would not go back and advise other parents not to make the same mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei com muito receio e medo de passar a minha filha na Dra Eliane, mas como tenho duas pessoas na minha família que passam seus filhos nela, resolvi passar, morrendo de medo dela falar algo pra mim e eu sair de lá chateada, pois no dia da consulta estava muito sensível por conta de tudo que aconteceu com a minha bebê, mas não foi bem assim. Foi a única médica à dar o diagnóstico certo da minha filha, e não enfeitou o que ela tinha, foi direta e reta ao ponto, que é o que eu precisava naquele momento. Ao mesmo tempo que ela falava a verdade sem delongas, ela me acalmava, afinal, minha filha estava com meningite viral. Enfim...É uma médica que fala a verdade doa a quem doer, se você procura um médico que enfeite as coisas não vá nela, se você procura por sinceridade igual eu procurava, pode ir nela sem medo, hoje a minha filha está bem melhor, com mais disposição, comendo bem, interagindo, está outra bebê, graças a Deus e a Dra Eliane, que passou uma dieta para ela, e passou os reforços das vacinas. Gostei bastante, me deu broncas por eu dar coisas que não era para dar para uma bebê de 5 meses. Gostaria de voltar, mas infelizmente no consultório não aceita o meu convênio :(
I was very apprehensive and afraid of passing my daughter on to Dr Eliane, but as I have two people in my family who pass their children on to her, I decided to go, terrified that she would say something to me and I would leave there upset, because on the day of the consultation I was very sensitive because of everything that happened with my baby, but it wasn't quite like that. She was the only doctor to give my daughter the correct diagnosis, and she didn't embellish what she had, she was direct and straight to the point, which is what I needed at that moment. While she spoke the truth without delay, she calmed me down, after all, my daughter had viral meningitis. Anyway... She's a doctor who tells the truth, it hurts whoever it hurts, if you're looking for a doctor who can decorate things, don't go to her, if you're looking for sincerity like I was looking for, you can go to her without fear, today my daughter is fine better, with more disposition, eating well, interacting, there is another baby, thank God and Dr Eliane, who gave her a diet, and gave her vaccine boosters. I liked it a lot, it scolded me for giving things I wasn't supposed to give to a 5 month old baby. I would like to go back, but unfortunately the office doesn't accept my insurance :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De início me assustei por ela ser curta e direta, realmente ela não enfeita o que tem para ser dito, fala o que é necessário na "lata". Meu filho com 6 meses ficou doente passei 5x no PSI e ninguém soube diagnosticar em todas essas idas ao pronto socorro uns diziam que não era nada demais somente coriza por conta do tempo, outros virose, infecção de urina, bronquiolite, enfim, somente a Doutora Eliane em apenas uma consulta conseguiu diagnosticar uma infecção respiratória e reduziu os sintomas que ele estava há 3 semanas em 2 dias com as medicações prescritas, coisa que não consegui em nenhuma das idas ao PS ( Pronto Socorro Infantil muito bem avaliados e indicados inclusive). Apesar da primeira impressão que ela passa em ser um pouco ríspida é uma ótima profissional. Sempre que preciso falar no consultório para marcar as consultas sou bem atendida e tenho sucesso na solicitação e quando precisei falar com a doutora em particular encaminhei um email que foi respondido em 1 HR. Então indico esta profissional sem medo.

My 6-month-old son got sick, I spent 5 times on the PSI and no one knew how to diagnose in all these trips to the emergency room, some said it was no big deal, just a runny nose because of the weather, others viruses, urine infection, bronchiolitis, in short, only the Doctor Eliane, in just one appointment, managed to diagnose a respiratory infection and reduced the symptoms he had had for 3 weeks in 2 days with the prescribed medications, which I couldn't do in any of the trips to the ER (Children's Emergency Room very well evaluated and even indicated). Despite her first impression of being a little harsh, she is a great professional. Whenever I need to speak in the office to make appointments, I am well attended and I am successful in the request and when I needed to speak with the doctor in private I forwarded an email that was answered in 1 HR. So I recommend this professional without fear.
