★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia com o Dr Armani, sobre o atendimento "dele" nota 10, já as atendentes do local só Deus na causa, não atendem o telefone, whatsapp tá só pra dizer que tem por que não respondem.
Fica difícil marcar retorno, as vezes se confundem ao passar informação isso quando não passam errado.
Dica: Seriam melhor dar treinamento ou pegar atendentes qualificadas, pelo que vejo em comentários já foram orientadas mas pelo visto não adiantou.

O problema que não sei quem gere a agenda da dra que não consegue respeitar o horário de AGENDAMENTO pois não é a primeira vez que ocorre um atraso hoje por exemplo a consulta estava agendada as 9:00, chegamos as 8:50 e acabamos sendo atendidos as 9:46 isso é uma falta de respeito pois se houve algum atraso anterior ao agendamento da minha esposa quem chega no horário não deve pagar pelo atraso dos outros pois também temos compromissos e horários com outras coisas.
É uma clínica muito boa mas pela falta de respeito com o horário AGENDADO irá perder pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Armani é bom, mas infelizmente as secretárias derrubam a nota e tiram a vontade de indicar a clínica. Dificil marcar consulta, retorno, e parece que colocam um horário aleatório só pra te responder (aí você chega e fica esperando 1 hora porque o medico está no hospital atendendo e jávai chegar). Péssimo como vi em poucos lugares. Saí sem consulta, porque tinha que trabalhar. Caso contrário estaria até agora lá.
Dr Armani is good, but unfortunately the secretaries drop the note and take away the desire to recommend the clinic. It is difficult to make an appointment, return, and it seems that they put a random time just to answer you (then you arrive and wait 1 hour because the doctor is at the hospital and is already there). Terrible as I saw in a few places. I left without consultation, because I had to work. Otherwise it would be there by now.

No dia da consulta, ao chegar na recepção, minha esposa pediu ajuda para liberar a consulta porque ela não estava com o celular e não tinha o toquen para liberar pelo aplicativo Bradesco Saúde a consulta. AS ATENDENTES SE RECUSARAM A FAZER A LIBERAÇÃO POR TELEFONE, alegando que é o paciente que faz esse procedimento. Minha esposa ligou no atendimento do Bradesco e esse reafirmou que só clínicas podem fazer a liberação da consulta por Telefone - procedimento padrão de planos de saúde. Minha esposa não conseguiu realizar a consulta. Pessimas secretárias. Dias antes elas tinham cancelado a consulta logo depois que Minha esposa fez uma pergunta.
