★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj estive na clínica e presenciei uma recepcionista gritando com uma paciente! E ninguém fez nada. Foi constrangedor pra paciente e pra todos os presentes. Eu e minha filha não voltamos mais.
 I was at the clinic today and witnessed a receptionist yelling at a patient! And nobody did anything. It was embarrassing for the patient and for everyone present. Me and my daughter didn't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons até q não posso reclamar mas o atendimento na recepção é péssimo total, vc manda msg o dia todo pra responder quando responde, e quando chega lá TB nossa péssimo o atendimento na recepção

Call the phone and it doesn't work, send a message on WhatsApp and no one answers. Terrible service, disrespectful to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clínica, psiquiatra atendimento horrível, pelo valor que cobra achei que atendimento seria uma maravilha, e tem mais te atende passa receita e não tem retorno , se quiser falar com ele novamente tem que marcar outra consulta e pagar , fácil assim .
Não responde celular e não recomendo para ninguém, tenho certeza absoluta que uma consulta no SUS será bem melhor .
Está na hora de por pra fora estes médicos incompententes fora de indaiatuba.

Recepção horrível, não tem treinamento para atender gente , animal talvez , montem aí uma clínica veterinária para atender animais .
Terrible clinic, psychiatrist, horrible service, for the price he charges I thought that the service would be wonderful, and there's more, there's a prescription and there's no return, if you want to talk to him again, you have to make another appointment and pay, that's easy.

Horrible reception, there is no training to treat people, animals perhaps, set up a veterinary clinic there to treat animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpe mas também presenciei o acontecido que a Maria Inês relatou mas ela esqueceu de falar que a paciente que começou levantando a voz e "ninguém fez nada" pq a paciente queria uma coisa que as recepcionistas não podiam fazer e ela não queria aceitar, então antes de dar uma opinião aqui deveria entender a situação primeiro. A clínica é ótima sim e não é por causa de pacientes que não conseguem o que quer na hora que quer que ela vai deixar de ser ótima.
Sorry but I also witnessed what Maria Inês reported but she forgot to mention that the patient who started raising her voice and "nobody did anything" because the patient wanted something the receptionists couldn't do and she didn't want to accept it, so before to give an opinion here should understand the situation first. The clinic is great indeed and it is not because of patients who do not get what they want at the time that it will stop being great.

Dr Willian é um ótimo médico, mas o atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar.

Já não é a 1 vez que elas ficam batendo papo e deixa o cliente com cara de tonto esperando.
Acho que poderiam melhorar a capacitação das recepcionistas.
