Que tipo de profissional é este que se propÔe a atender pacientes e nem tem a consideração de retornar uma ligação?

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento! Solicitei ser atendido pela Dra. Roberta na segunda-feira, a resposta obtida foi que a prĂłpria Dra. entraria em contato para agendamento. ApĂłs uma semana cobrando retorno insistentemente, fui informado que nĂŁo seria possĂvel o meu atendimento, pois a Dra. entraria de fĂ©rias. Procurei outra clĂnica de melhor atendimento.
Terrible attendance! I asked to be attended by Dr. Roberta on Monday, the response was that the Dr. herself would contact me for an appointment. After a week insistently demanding return, I was informed that my care would not be possible, as Dr. would go on vacation. I looked for another clinic with better care.

I just have to thank the humanized work that the Escalada clinic has been offering my autistic son, as well as the welcome with our family. It is possible to be part of the therapeutic process, and this has been extremely important for Miguel's development, as we are managing to align actions at home with those at the clinic. My family and I have been patients at the clinic for 1 year and a half. My children are autistic and their evolution is wonderful, I have great openness and communication with the clinic and professionals, our partnership that makes the treatment an absolute success. We were welcomed in one of the most difficult moments and we lived through many challenges together, but the best thing is to see the result in the children's evolution. My psychologist is Dr Roberta and I wouldn't trade her for anything, a unique professional, welcoming, concerned and available. Gratitude to the entire Escalada team.
