★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta que seria hoje mas duas horas antes me ligaram dizendo que o médico não estaria disponível por vários dias por motivo de viagem,fato que a clínica já tinha conhecimento e poderia ter desmarcado a consulta com antecedência de muitos dias atrás e eu não teria perdido várias horas de trabalho que foram desmarcadas em virtude da consulta.Entendo que avisar em cima da hora seja somente em caso de urgência ou motivo inesperado.
Acho uma total falta de respeito com o cliente e nem vou mais consultar lá.Se não se preocupam em fazer as pessoas perderem tempo também não se preocuparão com o seu bem estar.
I made an appointment that would be today but two hours earlier I was called saying that the doctor would not be available for several days due to travel, a fact that the clinic already knew and could have canceled the appointment many days ago and I would not have I lost several hours of work that were canceled due to the consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não perderia tempo indo a este lugar. Não possuem respeito com o paciente. Possuía consulta marcada e confirmada uma semana antes da consulta. Porém chegando lá a secretária informou que havia marcado consulta para outra pessoa no meu horário pois não havia conseguido confirmar a consulta. Sendo que quando ela remarcou havia dito que não havia possibilidade de ir outro dia. Isso porque quem desmarcou o horário foram eles não eu. E mais um detalhe estava recém operada e estavam totalmente cientes.
Terrible! Waste no time going to this place. They have no respect for the patient. Had appointment scheduled and confirmed one week before appointment. But when she got there, the secretary informed that she had scheduled an appointment for someone else on my schedule because she could not confirm the appointment.
