★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompanhei minha mãe durante os exames e o atendimento foi excelente e feito até antes do horário. As meninas do terceiro andar a trataram com muita atençao e carinho, explicaram perfeitamente o preparo do exame e mantiveram constante contato para verificar se estava tudo certo.
I accompanied my mother during the exams and the service was excellent and even before the scheduled time. The girls on the third floor treated her with great care and attention, explained the preparation of the exam perfectly and kept in constant contact to check that everything was ok.

Quanto ao exame, tem apenas 1 médico p realizar ultrassom!! A única diferença de um atendimento pelo SUS é a acomodação. Médica realizou um USG de abdome total em 2min contados no relógio. Olhou tudo? Obviamente que o preço não se compara a um laboratório Fleury, nem tão pouco a um laboratório popular A+ , mas a qualidade é tão inferior quanto ao preço. Ao meu ver, a médica não tem culpa, pois deve ser cobrada para produzir. Quanto mais atendimento mais arrecadação!! Não recomendo!!!
Reception service is good!
As for the exam, there is only 1 doctor to perform ultrasound!! The only difference from a SUS service is the accommodation. The doctor performed a USG of the total abdomen in 2 minutes counted on the clock. Did you look at everything? Obviously, the price does not compare to a Fleury laboratory, nor to a popular A+ laboratory, but the quality is as inferior as the price. In my view, the doctor is not to blame, as she should be charged to produce. The more service, the more revenue!! I do not recommend!!!

Minha esposa tinha uma consulta marcada para as 16:45h. Chegamos ás 16:20h (25 minutos antes). Após 15 minutos de atraso do horário da consulta (17:00h), ela foi até a recepção para saber o motivo. Fomos surpreendidos pelo atendente, que nos informou o atraso do médico em, (pasmem!) 1 hora e meia, pois o ele era novo, e que ela tinha que esperar, ou remarcar para 1 semana depois. Achei um absurdo e total falta de respeito, pois estávamos em horário de trabalho, adiando inclusive compromissos para estarmos ali. Não tive dúvidas em cancelar o pagamento, que já havia feito e sai correndo de lá.
Não passo mais nem de avião por esse lugar. Fujam!!!
Bad experience.
My wife had an appointment scheduled for 4:45 pm. We arrived at 16:20h (25 minutes before). After 15 minutes late for her appointment (5 pm), she went to the front desk to find out why. We were surprised by the attendant, who informed us that the doctor was late in, (amazingly!) 1 and a half hours, because he was new, and that she had to wait, or reschedule for 1 week later. I found it absurd and a total lack of respect, as we were working hours, even postponing appointments to be there. I had no doubts about canceling the payment, which I had already made, and running out of there.
I don't even fly by this place anymore. run away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje estive na fares Osasco para realizar um exame endovaginal obstétrico.Não havia agendado,porém consegui um encaixe e tive a sorte de ser muito bem atendida pela médica Isis Forgerini.Para mim,esse exame sempre foi muito desconfortável e não acredito mais que seja pelo exame mas sim pelo profissional que usa o transdutor(pois muitos retorcem o aparelho ,gerando dores e desconforto).A Doutora foi um exemplo de empatia,sensibilidade e comunicação para com o paciente.Durante o exame,esclarecia,conversava,sem pressa, me deixou muito a vontade,reduzindo toda tensão que sentia nos anteriores com outros profissionais.Já realizei muitos exames transvaginais,inclusive em hospitais estrelinhas no Morumbi,onde já trabalhei e nunca senti tanta sensibilidade em médicos como ela.Embora seja nova,me parece ter amor ao que faz e aos pacientes.Agendarei sempre que necessário!

Today I was at Osasco fares to perform an obstetric endovaginal exam. I hadn't scheduled it, but I got an appointment and I was lucky to be very well attended by the doctor Isis Forgerini. For me, this exam was always very uncomfortable and I no longer believe it's because of the examination but by the professional who uses the transducer (as many twist the device, causing pain and discomfort). The Doctor was an example of empathy, sensitivity and communication with the patient. made me very comfortable, reducing all the tension I felt in the previous ones with other professionals. I've performed many transvaginal exams, including in star hospitals in Morumbi, where I've worked and I've never felt so much sensitivity in doctors like her. to what you do and to patients. I schedule whenever necessary!
