★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. As atendentes informam que a médica Dra. Lorena já está na clínica e nada de chamar os pacientes. Cheguei cedo na clínica para ser atendida no primeiro horário e já estou aguardando mais de meia hora e nada. Uma falta de respeito total.
Você liga para saber como estão sendo os atendimentos e é informada que será por hora marcada...
Chego antes do meu horário e nada de ser atendimento...
Meu horário “agendado” era 9:15 e já são 10:09 e fui me informar que hora seria atendida e me falaram que ainda tem 3 pessoas na minha frente...
Então, não se iludam quando ligarem aqui e falarem que o atendimento será por hora agendada...isso nessa clínica não existe!
Pelo contrário, aqui o fluxo de pessoas é grande...

So, make no mistake when you call here and say that the service will be scheduled by the hour ... this clinic does not exist!

Precisa melhorar o atendimento via WhatsApp, pois demoram uma eternidade para responderem e quando responder é perguntando a mesma coisa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dermatologista é maravilhosa mas a recepcionista atende muito mal principalmente pelo WhatsApp. Tem mais de semana que eu tento marcar horário e ela não responde direito no WhatsApp. Peço que melhorem isso.
The dermatologist is wonderful but the receptionist is very bad especially by WhatsApp. I've been trying to make an appointment for more than a week and she doesn't respond right on WhatsApp. I ask you to improve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Algumas atendentes mal respondem o que a gente pergunta. Fui atendida por uma Dra que não irei citar o nome, me atendeu super mal, foi muito ignorante. Fiquei com tanta vergonha, que minha vontade foi de levantar e ir embora. Melhorem!!!
Terrible service. Some attendants barely answer what we ask. I was attended by a Dr whose name I will not mention, she treated me very badly, she was very ignorant. I was so ashamed that I wanted to get up and leave. Get better!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos na clínica às 13:20. O horário da consulta era às 14:15 e disseram que era horário marcado, no entanto já são 14:37 e nada da médica chegar. Dizem que os médicos daqui não são nada pontuais. As pessoas fazem compromissos, baseados no que são passados a ela. Como que uma médica não tem responsabilidade com os pacientes que atende? Como que a clínica não toma uma atitude diante dessa situação. Médicos não são deuses se não quer trabalhar certo e cumprir horário, deixa a vez pra quem quer. Na consulta foi a mesma coisa, marcaram horário a partir das 14 e a médica chegou às 16, ABSURDO!!! E quando fomos ser atendidos foi às 18 horas, inadmissível....
We arrived at the clinic at 1:20 pm. The appointment time was at 2:15 pm and they said it was an appointment, however it is already 2:37 pm and the doctor has not arrived. They say the doctors here are not punctual. People make compromises, based on what's been passed on to them. How can a doctor not have responsibility for the patients she sees? How can the clinic not take action in this situation. Doctors are not gods if you don't want to work right and stick to a schedule, leave it to those who want to. At the appointment it was the same thing, they made an appointment at 2 pm and the doctor arrived at 4 pm, ABSURD!!! And when we went to be attended it was at 18 pm, unacceptable....
