★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra marcar consulta e atendente pediu pra ligar outro dia no período das 8 da manhã. Expliquei que nesse período não podia por motivo de trabalho e a mesma pediu para aguardar, mas desligou na minha cara. Tentei retornar várias vezes após isso e a mesma não atendeu mais. Falta de respeito com o cliente e ao próprio dono da empresa, pois a mesma se sente no direito de tratar os clientes da maneira que quer sem se preocupar em manchar a reputação da empresa em que trabalha.
I called to make an appointment and the attendant asked me to call another day at 8 am. I explained that during this period I couldn't because of work and she asked to wait, but hung up on me. I tried to return several times after that and it didn't answer anymore. Lack of respect for the customer and for the company's owner, as the company feels entitled to treat customers the way it wants without worrying about damaging the reputation of the company it works for.
