Após eu reforçar que estou em obras e que tinha quase certeza que estou sofrendo de uma alergia severa e gostaria de fazer testes ela me disse que não tinha vaga na agenda da doutora.
I called trying to schedule an appointment the attendant asked why and told me to see a dermatologist. After I stressed that I am under construction and that I was almost sure that I am suffering from a severe allergy and would like to be tested, she told me she had no place on the doctor's agenda.

The doctor is kind. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Communication over the phone is almost impossible, and impossible by other means. The reception in person also leaves something to be desired.

Não é profissional, não retorna ligações, omite informações e hoje, ao não resolver um problema que surgiu em consequência de seu erro, sugeriu que se eu estiver com pressa, que eu vá em outro médico.
