★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 24/11/21 marquei uma Ultra e quem realizou o exame foi a Dra. Elizabeth Rocha. Atendimento humanizado, atenciosa, explica tudo o que está acontecendo. Gostei do atendimento dela. O exame sai na hora. Não fui atendida no horário marcado, demorou um pouco, tem que se programar antes.
 On 11/24/21 I scheduled an Ultra and who performed the exam was Dr. Elizabeth Rocha. Humanized, attentive service, explains everything that is happening. I liked her service. The exam comes out on time. I was not attended at the scheduled time, it took a while, you have to schedule it beforehand.

Vc marca horário, chega com antecedência e mesmo assim espera bastante.
Qndo entrei no consultorio o Dr. Pedro muito mal cumprimentou a mim e meu esposo e ainda perguntou o que eu tinha arranjado, fiquei sem graça e disse q tinha um BB, ele começou a ultra e disse q não tinha ido a frente q era um ovo morto, perguntou de qnto tempo eu estava e respondi q pela Dum seria 9 semanas, aí pra ser ainda mais grosso, disse q eu deveria ter ido antes, q provavelmente a gestação já tinha sido interrompido 3 semanas antes e falou q podia me vestir.
Nunca me sentir tão mal, sequer teve empatia.
Não recomendo.

You make an appointment, arrive early and still wait a lot.
When I entered the office, Dr. Pedro very badly greeted me and my husband and even asked what I had arranged, I was embarrassed and said that I had a BB, he started the ultra and said that he had not gone ahead that it was a dead egg, he asked how long I was and I replied that the Dum would be 9 weeks, then to be even thicker, he said that I should have gone before, that the pregnancy had probably already been interrupted 3 weeks before and he said that I could dress .
Never feel so bad, never even had empathy.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desconsideração com o horário das outras pessoas. A classe médica que não respeita o tempo do outro deveria ser autuada, mas esse tempo vai chegar! Muda Brasil!
Total disregard for other people's schedule. The medical class that does not respect the other's time should be fined, but that time will come! Change Brazil!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de sempre muito cheia e atrasar um pouco nos horários. Os médicos são excelentes! Adoro realizar meus exames com o Dr. Fernando. Sempre muito solicito, atencioso e gentil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito satisfeita. Marquei exames de ultrassom para hj sábado. Cheguei por volta de 8:55. Já fiz os exames e já estou com o resultado em mãos, momento 9:52.
Estava com mais um pedido de ultrassom para marcar e um marcado. Tive a chance de fazer os dois com o mesmo médico. Muito agradecida e satisfeita.

Tinha um exame marcado para 16h30, cheguei uns 20min antes. Mas fui atendida quase as 18h.
Quando cheguei me deram uma senha na recepção, mas a chamada era pelo nome, ou seja, a senha era apenas para "alegar" uma ordem no atendimento. No entanto, várias pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram antendidas antes, para a mesma médica.
Enfim, não gostei. Se precisar realizar novo exame, irei procurar outra clínica.
Long delay in service!
I had an exam scheduled for 4:30 pm, I arrived about 20 minutes earlier. But I was seen around 6pm.
When I arrived they gave me a password at reception, but the call was by name, that is, the password was only to "claim" an order in attendance. However, several people who arrived after me were seen before, by the same doctor.
Anyway, I didn't like it. If I need to undergo a new exam, I will look for another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na data de hoje 24/03/22 compareci na Clinica Forum para realizar exame Eco Doppler de membros inferiores que estava agendado para às 11:00 h. Cheguei por volta da 10:10 h, pois sei dos tramites necessários para obter autorização junto ao Pano de Saúde. Ocorre que, mesmo tendo obtido a liberação antes do horário agendado (levou menos de 30 min para autorizar), somente fui chamado para a sala após as 12:00 h, ou seja mais de 01 hora após o horário agendado! Como se não bastasse, fui orientado a despir a bermuda, ficando na sala "de cuecas" por mais 20 minutos aguardando o medico Dr Fernando Marcolino que, ao ser informado por mim do ocorrido, ainda fez pouco caso da minha espera, duvidando do tempo que eu relatei, dizendo que "os pacientes acham que vão ser logo atendidos quando marcam os exames"!?!? E mesmo após eu informar que cheguei com antecedência não se sensibilizou nem ao menos lamentou o ocorrido, muito menos pediu desculpa pela demora (ainda que não tivesse sido sua culpa pelo atraso). Enfim, uma humilhação desnecessária que tive que passar, uma falta de respeito com um cliente e que, infelizmente não é a primeira vez que acontece comigo, já que da última vez que fiz um outro exame nesta mesma Clinica também houve mais de 01 hora de atraso. A unica coisa boa, além do atendimento das recepcionistas que foram muito educadas, foi que o laudo me foi entregue logo em seguida ao exame.
On today's date 03/24/22 I attended the Forum Clinic to perform an Echo Doppler exam of the lower limbs that was scheduled for 11:00 h. I arrived around 10:10 am, as I know the procedures necessary to obtain authorization from Pano de Saúde. It so happens that, even though I got the release before the scheduled time (it took less than 30 min to authorize), I was only called to the room after 12:00 pm, that is, more than 01 hour after the scheduled time! As if that wasn't enough, I was instructed to take off my shorts, staying in the "underwear" room for another 20 minutes waiting for the doctor Dr Fernando Marcolino who, when informed by me of what had happened, still ignored my wait, doubting the time that I reported, saying that "patients think they will be seen soon when they schedule the exams"!?!? And even after I informed him that I arrived early, he was not sensitized or even regretted what had happened, much less apologized for the delay (although it was not his fault for the delay). Anyway, an unnecessary humiliation that I had to go through, a lack of respect for a client and which, unfortunately, is not the first time it has happened to me, since the last time I had another exam in this same Clinic there was also more than 01 hour of delay. The only good thing, in addition to the service from the receptionists who were very polite, was that the report was given to me right after the exam.
