Cheguei cedo, por volta de 12h onde eu fui atendida pela primeira vez, no 6 andar. Alguém me manda ir pro 2 andar pois o médico iria atender em outro lugar, infelizmente fiquei pra ser atendida em 3 lugar. Depois mandaram as pessoas subir pra o 6 andar novamente. Falta de respeito com o paciente e dizerem cobrar preço popular. R$ 200,00.
Terrible! It is first-come, first-served service.
I arrived early, around 12 o'clock where I was attended for the first time, on the 6th floor. Someone tells me to go to the 2nd floor because the doctor would attend elsewhere, unfortunately I stayed to be attended in 3 places. Then they sent people up to the 6th floor again. Lack of respect for the patient and saying they charge popular prices. R $ 200.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato no WhatsApp para saber mais informações, de imediato me solicitaram foto de documento e da carteira do plano, somente 03 dias depois me ofereceram 02 profissionais para atendimento online. Perguntei sobre o presencial e até hoje não me responderam. Ou seja, empatia 0! Ninguém procura psicólogo porque está bem….e ainda se depara com um atendimento desse……
Não recomendo.
I contacted WhatsApp to find out more information, they immediately asked me for a photo of the plan's document and portfolio, and only 3 days later they offered me 02 professionals for online assistance. I asked about the in-person and to this day they haven't answered me. That is, empathy 0! Nobody goes to a psychologist because they are fine….and still comes across a service like that……
I do not recommend.
