★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz consulta com a Dra Gisele, me prescreveu produtos para usar no rosto e tomar. Tive reação alérgica no rosto. Pedi que fizesse encaixe para que ela visse meu rosto e me medicasse mas só me deram opção de horário para o dia 14 de setembro e hoje dia 9 já está fazendo uma semana que estou com a alergia. Quem está com alergia não pode esperar tanto tempo! Me disseram pra procurar o PS.
Se estou com alergia muito provavelmente é por conta de alguma coisa que ela prescreveu e ela é que teria obrigação de resolver o meu problema. No momento que mais a gente precisa ela não está nem aí. É descaso total!
A Dra Gisele Sanches não está interessada em ajudar o paciente, tem má vontade. Com certeza é porque é de convênio e isso não é "interessante" pra ela.
I made an appointment with Dr Gisele, she prescribed me products to use on my face and take. I had an allergic reaction on my face. I asked her to do the fitting so that she could see my face and medicate me but they only gave me an option of time for the 14th of September and today the 9th it's already been a week since I've had the allergy. Allergy sufferers can't wait that long! They told me to look for the PS.
If I'm allergic, it's probably because of something she prescribed and she would have the obligation to solve my problem. When we most need it, she doesn't care. It's total neglect!
Dr Gisele Sanches is not interested in helping the patient, she has a bad will. It's definitely because it's an insurance plan and it's not "interesting" to her.

A médica muito solicita, simpática, extremamente profissional e com uma vasta experiência em atendimento dermatologico e estética. Gostei muito do atendimento mesmo eu sendo convênio me senti como paciente partícular.
Clinic, very well located. The boys at the parking lot were very attentive... The girls at the reception were attentive and very receptive. The doctor is very solicitous, friendly, extremely professional and with extensive experience in dermatological and aesthetic care. I really liked the service, even though I was an insurance company, I felt like a private patient.

Entrei em contato Por WhatsApp para agendar uma consulta pra mim e pro meu namorado, e simplesmente não consigo! As recepcionistas não passam as informações que necessitam, eu que tenho que adivinhar, e se eu nao pergunto e cobro uma resposta elas simplesmente nao me respondem, já perguntei 2x sobre o agendamento e nao tive resposta! O bom atendimento começa ali!
I didn't get to go to the clinic, so my review is not about the professional Giselle, but about her team! I got in touch via WhatsApp to schedule an appointment for me and my boyfriend, and I just can't! The receptionists don't give the information they need, I have to guess, and if I don't ask and ask for an answer, they just don't answer me, I've already asked twice about the appointment and got no answer! Good service starts there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Giselle is a top class dermatologist in Brazil. She is my go to clinic when traveling the region. They are efficient, extremely clean, luxurious place to visit. They offer every laser you can think of. I had very sensitive skin due to sun damage, Dr Giselle knew exactly which lasers suited my skin and reduced all the dark spots! My skin has never looked better, healthier or brighter! Thank you Dr Giselle!
