â â â â â O ambiente e agradĂĄvel e Ă s vezes que fui, fui bem assistida. PorĂ©m pra atender o telefone sĂŁo pĂ©ssimos, faz mais de una hora que tento contato e quando atendem disparam um sinal sonoro absurdo, e cancelam a ligacalem segui. Acho isso uma falta de respeito.

Cheguei de 10h e sĂł fui atendido Ă s 13:30, isso para fazer apenas um exame admissional. Fora que a âmĂ©dica sĂł chega apĂłs as 11hâ. Se eu estou sentindo muita dor de coluna, quando cheguei na empresa nĂŁo pude trabalhar. Passei duas semanas e a empresa me deu fĂ©rias, voltei a empresa me mandou para o plano do governo da pandemia, consegui entrar no inss e cortaram de novo, vou fazer outro retorno ao trabalho hoje, com laudos, relatĂłrios, exames, prontuĂĄrio de Cirurgia, relatĂłrio do meu mĂ©dico com dor, nĂŁo consegui dormir direito ontem, vamos ver o que ele vai dizer de novo. Fica a pergunta, se eu fosse entrar na empresa ele colocaria que eu estava apto?

Gostaria de parabenizar a clĂnica pelo o Ăłtimo atendimento telefĂŽnico, eu agendei uma consulta e infelizmente nĂŁo pude comparecer, mais fique bem satisfeito com o atendimento, no dia fui atĂ© um pouco grosso com a atendente mais ela foi muito calma, me atendeu humanizadamente, me explicou tudo com clareza, tentou de todas as formas resolver meu problema e atĂ© me encaixou para um dia que nĂŁo tinha mais vagas.
Eu achei muito importante comentar sobre o excelente atendimento pois hoje em dia só são comentados os erros e não os acertos. Espero que o atendimento continue sempre assim. Parabéns a atendente e a todos !

â â â â â Clinica muito desorganizada, ñ faz todos exames, vc tem q estar indo em outro local fazer os exames, depois volta pra ca, ai ñ faz todos os exames na hora, faz um depois outro, a clinica geral vai de 9:30 embora, mesmo sem ter o resultado dos exames, vc fica pro fim da fila se tiver que fazer o cardiograma pode preparar pra sofrer, pq vai atender todo, cheguei aqui as 7h, 11:30 e ainda estava preso aqui, e ainda tive quer ir pro Alecrim fazer um RX.

â â â â â O atendimento da recepção Ă© satisfatĂłrio. Passou desse setor Ă© pĂ©ssimo. NĂŁo Ă© respeitada a sequĂȘncia das fichas na triagem anterior ao atendimento mĂ©dico. Cheguei antecipadamente, haviam apenas duas pessoas na minha frente. Depois delas passarem pela triagem, a atendente simplesmente passou a chamar outras fichas e ao ser questionada, veio com a justificativa esfarrapada de que o atendimento era em sequĂȘncia. Se fosse realmente na sequĂȘncia, levando em consideração as pessoas que estavam quando eu cheguei, a anterior Ă minha ficha era a 15 e apĂłs ela, a atendente passou a chamar a 01. Entre outros detalhes, ainda vale ressaltar o calor insuportĂĄvel nas salas de espera.
