★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a uma semana tentando o contato com o setor financeiro pra saber de uma cobrança indevida. E NÃO TIVE RETORNO!!! O número não funciona, atendimento só por WhatsApp e não me respondem, não resolvem meu problema. Não indico a clínica, porque você contrata os serviços pra resolver um problema e ganha o dobro de volta.
 I've been trying to contact the financial sector for a week to find out about an improper charge. AND I HAD NO RETURN!!! The number doesn't work, service only by WhatsApp and they don't answer me, they don't solve my problem. I don't recommend the clinic, because you hire the services to solve a problem and earn twice as much back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma consulta com o psiquiatra que me disse que no dia seguinte eu poderia ir buscar as receitas. Como estava trabalhando pedi para um familiar ir buscar. Chegando la disseram que a receita nao estava lá e que somente nas sextas entregam as receitas.Resumindo: vc perde tempo, gasta combustivel e se estiver necessitando dos remédios com urgência, pode ter certeza que ficará a ver navios. Absurdo isso.
I made an appointment with the psychiatrist who told me that the next day I could get the prescriptions. As I was working I asked a family member to pick it up. Arriving there they said that the recipe was not there and that only on Fridays they deliver the recipes. In short: you lose time, spend fuel and if you are in need of medicines urgently, you can be sure that you will be seeing ships. Absurd that.

Helena) me passou a receita digital e deu como invalida. Já entrei em contato com a clínica duas vezes e não obtive resposta. Não estou aqui falando da pessoa e sim da profissional. Precisei do remédio e fiquei sem tomar. Encerrando aqui o meu atendimento com a clínica !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós pandemia o atendimento ficou péssimo. Consultas onlines descumprem horarios e dias acordados, no seu horario você que tem que lembrar ao terapeuta sobre sua sessão, demonstrando total descompromisso. Não pedi favores, pago cooparticipaçãono convênio para ser bem tratada!
After the pandemic, the service was terrible. Online consultations do not comply with agreed hours and days, in your schedule you have to remind the therapist about your session, demonstrating total disengagement. I didn't ask for favors, I paid co-participation in the agreement to be treated well!
