Nem para avisar que não iam abrir ou para desmarcar as consultas para esse dia.
Mais não fui com meu filho de 2 anos no sol quente e chego lá me deparo com isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de respeito com os pacientes. Fui com minha filha de 5 anos e tinha horário às 14. Cheguei 13:40 E fiquei no sol até às 14 e as atendentes todas na recepção e não abriram a porta. Nenhuma clínica que frequento é dessa forma. Temos o horário mas se chegarmos minutos antes podemos entrar e esperar. Nessa infelizmente os pacientes ficam do lado de fora perante sol ou chuva. Muita falta de respeito. Não retornarei nem recomendo.
Much lack of respect for patients. I went with my 5 year old daughter and had time at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:40 pm And I was in the sun until 2 pm and the attendants all at the reception and did not open the door. No clinic I go to is this way. We have the schedule but if we arrive minutes before we can come in and wait. Unfortunately, patients stay outside in the sun or rain. Much lack of respect. I will not return or recommend it.

De saúde hapvida. No meu caso, iria fazer umas simples restaurações, o dentista só quer fazer o tratamento uma vez por mês. Sendo que ele leva 10 minutos para realizar o serviço! Um absurdo! Não está satisfeito com o valor pelo qual é renumerado pelo plano, não dá o direito de constranger os pacientes. Nunca mais volto lá!
