★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na clinica Unidade de Alphavile, tirar meus pontos com horário marcado ! Quando cheguei lá falaram que o médico que iria tirar meus pontos não estava trabalhando no dia na clinica ! Achei descaso total ainda mais quando se trata de tirar pontos ! Perdi meu tempo e dinheiro e não consegui tirar meus pontos ! Absurdo!
I went to the Alphavile Unit clinic, to get my stitches with an appointment! When I got there, they said that the doctor who would take my stitches was not working that day at the clinic! I found total neglect even more when it comes to taking points! I wasted my time and money and couldn't get my points! Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei encima da hora na minha consulta no final do dia e não pude ser atendida, mesmo informando que estava estacionando e saindo do carro para subir. Cheguei 10 minutos atrasada e a consulta foi cancelada… hoje retornei a consulta e depois de 30 minutos não consegui atendimento e a doutora estava atendendo outra pessoa. Cheguei ela não estava atendendo mas quando deu meu horário ela recebeu outro paciente… gostava muito do atendimento mas não pretendo mais voltar ao consultório
I arrived late at my appointment at the end of the day and couldn't be seen, even though I said I was parking and getting out of the car to go upstairs. I arrived 10 minutes late and the appointment was cancelled… today I returned to the appointment and after 30 minutes I couldn't get an appointment and the doctor was seeing someone else. When I arrived she was not attending but when I got my appointment she received another patient... I really liked the service but I don't intend to go back to the office anymore
