★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento era rasuavek agora vc chega espera depois lhe encaminhar p outra sala vc faz a ficha volta p salão com isso já levou 1 hora de relógio e continua esperando agora p o médico chamar isso e o tamanho desrespeito já vim várias vezes fazer exame aki mas estar e última e não recomendo o local espero com a minha e outras qualificações os responsáveis tome uma atitude p melhoria do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível contato com a clinica por telefone, acho que já fazem isso para não ter que atender, mais de 1 semana aguardando resultado de um admissional e não consigo falar na clinica, nem por telefone, nem e-mail...simplesmente ignoram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento precário, ineficiente, dentre outros adjetivos. Cheguei na clínica as 07:00 da manhã e até às 11:28 não fui atendida para realizar apenas uma audiometria. Atendimento péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento totalmente desorganizado, se vc não cobra uma atitude fica horas esperando por um atendimento simples. So vá até essa clínica se não tiver nenhuma outra opção. Estou arrependido de pedir que a empresa marcasse meus exames aqui. Horrível, se pudesse dava 0 estrelas.

Por outro lado a comunicação via chat whatsapp até mesmo por linha telefônica é horrível muito mais muito ruim fiz uns exames dia 19 de janeiro de 2022 sendo que o prazo da entrega do resultado é de 24 horas.la se vai 120 horas passando ou seja 5 dias úteis e nada de resultado.
Os profissionais são bem qualificado estrutura física da clínica também é boa mais na parte organização pela administração deixa muito a desejar.
