★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei pq marcam horário?!Marquei uma ultrassom pra as 10hrs e só fui atendido as 10:50hrs,sem nenhuma satisfação do motivo da demora,um desrespeito com os clientes que tem outros compromissos!!!
I don't know why they make an appointment?! I scheduled an ultrasound for 10 am and I was only seen at 10:50 am, without any satisfaction as to the reason for the delay, disrespect for customers who have other commitments!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é muito bem organizada e a limpeza nota 10. As moças da recepção são muito eduxadas e atenciosas. Os médicos muito bons e atenciosos. Durante o exame me fizeram várias perguntas. O diagnóstico foi muito preciso. Eu já havia feito esse mesmo exame (ultrassom dos rins e vias urinárias), em uma clínica em Taubaté, levei p o médico e ele me pediu outro. Na Clínica Imagem deu td certo. SUPER RECOMENDO
The clinic is very well organized and cleaning is a 10. The girls at the reception are very polite and helpful. Very good and caring doctors. During the exam I was asked several questions. The diagnosis was very accurate. I had already done this same exam (ultrasound of the kidneys and urinary tract), in a clinic in Taubaté, I took it to the doctor and he asked me for another one. At Clínica Imagem it worked out well. SUPER RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoa q cuida do watsap, ficou com raivinha, pq perguntei o valor de exame de ultrasson, no particular.....falou q nao fazia..... mentira... por isso essa clinica cd vez tem menos clientes, tomara w os donos saibam o q esta se passando.... Só uma simples pergunta a pessoa ja me dispensou.... blz pago em outro laboratório pior pra vcs.
The person who takes care of the watsap, was angry, because I asked the value of the ultrasound exam, in particular.....he said he didn't do it..... lie... that's why this clinic cd once has fewer clients, hopefully w the owners know what is going on.... Just a simple question the person has already dismissed me.... blz paid in another laboratory worse for you guys.

Horrible, terrible service from Cinthia, leaves you talking to yourself, doesn't answer questions clearly! I gave up doing an ultrasound just because of the service
