★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a clínica à 8 anos e sempre fui bem atendida pelos médicos, enfermeiras e recepcionistas do local, porém, o atendimento pelo telefone é bem escasso a espera é enorme e muitas vezes desligam e não presta o atendimento devido.
 I have been attending the clinic for 8 years and have always been well attended by the doctors, nurses and receptionists of the place, however, the telephone service is very scarce, the wait is enormous and they often hang up and do not provide the proper care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é bom. Agora para fazer exame não recomendo. Deveriam ter um atendimento mais humanizado já que se trata de exames que por si só Já são desconfortáveis. Não dão um avental nem de tnt, você retira/coloca a roupa com a moça na sala, ela é educada, mas ainda assim não é confortável. Apenas te cobre com um tnt fino. Sai da sala e vc fica aguardando a Dra. E depois volta para organizar enquanto vc ainda está se arrumando.
The service at reception is good. Now for taking I don't recommend. They should have a more humanized service, since these exams are already uncomfortable in themselves. They don't give you an apron or tnt, you take off/put your clothes on with the girl in the living room, she's polite, but still not comfortable. Just cover you with a thin tnt. Leave the room and you wait for Dr. And then come back to organize while you're still getting ready.

In my paper, I was asked to take the exam after 5 pm, arriving at the unit was already closed, well before the informed time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não gostei do exema realizado na clinica, ao 7 meses fui realizar uma ultrasson, e a medica e a assistente que atendeu, totalmente sem empatia.
Ambas entraram na sala e sairam sem olha na minha cara, e com a barriga grande, me deixaram deitada na marca sem auxilio para levantar, com risco de cair da mesma, ja que ha dificuldade de gestante em movimentacao.
I didn't like the exam performed at the clinic, at 7 months I went for an ultrasound, and the doctor and the assistant who attended, totally without empathy.
Both entered the room and left without looking at my face, and with a big belly, they left me lying on the mark without help to get up, with the risk of falling from it, since it is difficult for pregnant women to move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei fazer meu ultrassom obstetríco nesse lugar, profissionais péssimos, lugar sem estruta nenhuma, espero que essa clínica feche para que ninguémais passe pelo constrangimento que passei, vc entra na sala para fazer seu exame, e no momento de retirar a roupa para fazer a ultrassonografia vc tem q retirar sua roupa com com uma moça te observando, pois não tem uma sala reservada nem um pano descente pra vc se cobrir já q o pano que eles fornecem é transparente e nem é descartado a o uso, não basta e esse constrangimento a porta da sala é toda hora aberta mesmo vc sem roupa esposa é o tempo todo gente entrando e saindo não importa se vc está tirando a roupa ou se vestindo, no mínimo esse lugar já deve ter várias denúncias já que em todos os ambientes é repleto de informativos falando que é proibido gravar os profissionais ou os procedimentos feitos no local, nunca fui tão mal tratada ao realizar um exeme como esse, já falei e repito espero q essa clínica feche o quanto antes para que mais ninguém passe por humilhação.
I hated doing my obstetric ultrasound in this place, terrible professionals, place without any structure, I hope this clinic closes so that no one else goes through the embarrassment I went through, you enter the room to take your exam, and when you take off your clothes to do the ultrasound you have to remove your clothes with a girl watching you, because there is no reserved room or a decent cloth for you to cover yourself since the cloth they provide is transparent and is not discarded for use, it is not enough and this embarrassment at the door of the room is open all the time even if you are not wearing clothes wife is all the time people coming in and out no matter if you are undressing or getting dressed, at least this place must already have several complaints since in all environments it is full of informative talking that it is forbidden to record the professionals or the procedures performed on the spot, I have never been treated so badly when performing an exam like this, I have already said and I repeat I hope this clinic closes as soon as possible so that I can Is no one going through humiliation.
