★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para um hospital infantil chega a ser um deboche com a cara do cidadão, eles me trataram como um negócio , minha filha doente com tosse forte , febre , fraqueza , nariz escorrendo ... E tiraram um raio x e mandaram pra casa falando que não é nada ... Tá pior que um hospital público ... Revoltante ! Parabéns aos envolvidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orivel não recomendo pois cheguei as 04:04 d manhã não tinha absolutamente ninguém p ser atendido pois fiquei com minha filha 40 MINUTOS a espera não fui atendido tive q procura outro atendimento obs filha 1 ano 4 meses com dor chorando muito É mesmo assim nada d atendimento 14/05/22 saúde primeiro lugar ainda mais quando ci trata d crianças q não sabem indicar a dor nunca mais retorno lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro lugar acredito que o telefone 4799-1469 informado no Google nao seja da clinica. Pois não atendem as chamdas.
Só consegui ser atendido no telefone 4798-1385.
Pelo plano GNDI Intermedica pedi agendamento de consulta para pediatria, ligando no dia 04-04-2022 e a clinica só tem agenda para o dia 22-06-2022 ou seja quase 3 meses de espera por uma consulta agendada!
Parabéns São Nicolau, vcs perdem em qualidade até para o SUS!!!!
First of all, I believe that the phone number 4799-1469 informed on Google is not from the clinic. Because they don't answer calls.
I was only able to be answered on the phone 4798-1385.
For the GNDI Intermedica plan, I asked for an appointment for pediatrics, calling on 04-04-2022 and the clinic only has an appointment for the 22-06-2022, which means almost 3 months of waiting for a scheduled appointment!

As duas foram horas para atendimento igual um hospital público.
Pedi para me fornecer uma máscara pois estava sem, se negaram a fornecer pedindo pra eu ir até uma farmácia a 2 quarteirão pra comprar, minha consulta foi particular R$ 200 reais, e uma máscara que custa centavos eles não tinham pra fornecer, tive que ir na garoa até a farmácia com criança no colo!!!!
Desrespeito comigo e com a criança!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu deu entrada na última sexta feira dia 18/02 ele bateu com o rosto no batente sangrou o nariz e boca corremos com ele para clinica onde a até a triagem foi normal atendimento porém passamos com uma médica onde ela pediu raio x foi feito e na hora do retorno fomos atendidos por outro médico e até onde eu vi não tem competência para exercer a função o mesmo receitou dipirona para meu filho se sentisse dor e meu filho com o beiço todo inchado reclamando de dor nada foi receitado , percebemos a falta de apetite e um pouco enjoado e dificuldade para dormir e eu e minha ficamos preocupados fomos ver o beiço do meu filho todo infeccionado e quase um buraco , trouxemos urgente para o hospital Santana para algum tratamento , ou seja deveriam avaliar melhor os profissionais que colocam para atender porque se for pra atender de qualquer jeito as crianças fica em casa vai trabalhar em outra profissão . Fica também registrado que vamos abrir uma reclamação junto ao convênio e se possível colocarei como notícia em algum meio de comunicação de Mogi e região o meu descontentamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento fraco e triagem péssima, passei meu filho dia 12/01 com sinais de resfriados e expliquei a médica que ele teve crise de asma algumas horas atrás, e que estava ministrando com a bombinha em casa mas não estava resolvendo, a médica me perguntou como eu estava usando e eu expliquei, eu disse também que as vezes que fui para o pronto socorro de outro hospital fizeram o tratamento de resgate a cada 20 minutos com anti alérgico e bombinha aerolin, a minha sorte é que eu ando com a bombinha do meu filho por que na clinica não tinha pois a própria me informou, então ela descreveu no papel o que EU RELATEI de outro hospital como eles faziam o tratamento de resgate e pediu para eu sentar na cadeira no corredor e dar a bombinha a cada 20 minutos ( ela prescreveu o que eu relatei do atendimento de urgência de outro hospital, ela mostrou claramente que não sabia o que estava fazendo) e pediu para eu avisar a "enfermagem" A EMFERMAGEM olhou pra mim e mandou eu sentar na cadeira no corredor, enquanto isso as duas moças da enfermagem estavam batendo papo e fazendo pouco caso de nós, e falou para e ir dando a medicação sentada Por conta no meu filho, pois ninguém ao menos leu a prescrição da médica e eu estava sem supervisão alguma da enfermagem, fiquei sozinha e vi que se eu desse a medicação e algo desse errado eu não teria suporte alguma! Levantei e simplesmente e fui embora para um hospital onde eu tivesse confiança pra tratar da crise do meu filho...Achei péssimo! Eles fazem atendimento 24h mas nao tem estrutura alguma pra isso, péssimo! PARA CONSULTA eu não tenho o que dizer pois nunca fiz acompanhamento com meu filho lá, mas para pronto atendimento NÃO RECOMENDO foi minha primeira experiência e péssima!!!!

I just got up and left for a hospital where I had confidence to deal with my son's crisis... I thought it was terrible! They provide 24-hour service but they don't have any structure for that, terrible! FOR CONSULTATION I have nothing to say because I never followed up with my son there, but for emergency care I DO NOT RECOMMEND it was my first experience and it was terrible!!!!
