★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte da falta de responsabilidade e compromisso com os pacientes! Profissionais faltam ao atendimento sem comunicar ao paciente, q faz viajem perdida! N recomendaria nem a um inimigo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, whatsapp só serve para enfeite, atendente de telefone não atende, marquei uma consulta pelo plano, a "nutricionista" Leila me prometeu a dieta há mais de 2 semanas e não enviou ainda, na consulta praticamente não procurou entender minha rotina, consulta bem fraca diga-se de passagem e ainda há esse descaso. Não cometam o mesmo erro que eu, procurem outro local.
Bad service, whatsapp is just for decoration, phone attendant doesn't answer, I made an appointment through the plan, the "nutritionist" Leila promised me the diet more than 2 weeks ago and hasn't sent it yet, during the appointment she practically didn't try to understand my routine, appointment very weak by the way and there is still this neglect. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas de espera para um consulta que dura 7 minutos com o psiquiatra Tarciso, que não me passou credibilidade nenhuma. Perguntas razas e me impôs um tratamento contra ansiedade com um antidepressivo sendo que trato de TDAH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não atendem telefone não confirma a consulta, cheguei a marcar via whats app e chegando lá a médica estava de férias, tem que fazer um trabalho forte com esse atendimento de frente da clínica, nunca vi tão ruim
Terrible, they don't answer the phone, they don't confirm the appointment, I made an appointment via whats app and when I got there the doctor was on vacation, you have to do a strong job with this service in front of the clinic, I've never seen it so bad

Estou há mais de um mês sem atendimento devido a uma questão mal resolvida da clínica com a Unimed, em que a Unimed já me escreveu oficialmente informando que os atendimentos virtuais estao liberados sem q eu precise ir toda semana passar a digital, porém a clínica não libera, me fazendo passar por vários transtornos. Está me causando diversos transtornos e ainda impedem que se fale com o responsável, nos fazendo mandar recado pelos funcionários que apenas repetem as mesmas respostas e me mandam ir falar com a Unimed. Um desrespeito! Não recomendo a ninguém!!!!
Awful! The clinic does not respect customers. I've been without service for more than a month due to an unresolved issue between the clinic and Unimed, in which Unimed has already officially written to me informing that virtual calls are released without me having to go digital every week, but the clinic does not releases, causing me to go through several inconveniences. It's causing me a lot of inconvenience and they still prevent me from talking to the person in charge, making us send a message by the employees who just repeat the same answers and tell me to go talk to Unimed. A disrespect! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e demorado, clínica sempre lotada e não tem lugar suficiente pra estacionar. Estou até hoje aguardando o meu plano nutricional. Passei quase 2 horas pra ser atendida e fiquei 10 minutos com a nutricionista. Perdi meu tempo. Lamentável!! Péssimo.
Bad and slow service, clinic always crowded and not enough place to park. I'm still waiting for my nutritional plan. I spent almost 2 hours to be seen and spent 10 minutes with the nutritionist. I lost my time. Unfortunate!! Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo p ninguém!!! Não dei zero estrela pq não é possível. Mesmo diante dos comentários negativos, arrisquei de levar a minha filha e quebrei a cara. Ela foi atendida no dia 12 de fevereiro e a nutricionista disse que entregaria o plano com 7 dias. ( Prazo p entregar seria no dia 19) hoje é dia 22, entrei em contato ontem e a nutricionista disse que entregaria ontem mesmo, mas não entregou. Entrei hoje em contato de novo ( dia 23) e ficarei perturbando todos os dias até ela entregar o plano nutricional da minha filha.
I don't recommend it to anyone!!! I didn't give zero stars because it's not possible. Even in the face of negative comments, I risked taking my daughter and broke my face. She was seen on February 12 and the nutritionist said she would deliver the plan in 7 days. (Deadline to deliver would be on the 19th) today is the 22nd, I got in touch yesterday and the nutritionist said she would deliver it yesterday, but she didn't. I got in touch again today (the 23rd) and I will be bothering her every day until she delivers my daughter's nutritional plan.
