Chegar ao local fui informada que a consulta tinha sido cancelada por que a pediatra não foi, falaram que iriam remarcar e me avisar,e até a data de hoje 19/02/2019 ninguém me e da uma solução falta de respeito...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em geral! Minha irmã marcou um pré-natal e o médico quase nem olhou na cara dela, e isso depois de tanto cancelar e remarcar a consulta. Não é a primeira vez que acontece, uma falta de respeito.

Fui ontem, dia 07/02/2020 pela manhã, tentar marcar uma consulta com um alergista, chegando lá, fui informada por um rapaz que fica no atendimento, que a rede hapvida não tem médico alergista,disse que eu teria que ligar para solicitar atendimento com alergistas de outra região.
Este mesmo rapaz me deu um cartão com vários números, detalhe: apenas um número funcionava.. Liguei e expliquei a situação, e pelo telefone me informaram que a rede hapvida tem sim médico alergista. Consegui marcar a consulta pelo telefone sem problemas.
Péssimos atendentes!
I had a bad experience.
I went yesterday, 07/02/2020 in the morning, to try to make an appointment with an allergist, getting there, I was informed by a boy who is in attendance, that the hapvida chain does not have an allergist doctor, said that I would have to call to request assistance with allergists from another region.
This same guy gave me a card with several numbers, detail: only one number worked. I called and explained the situation, and over the phone I was informed that the hapvida chain does have an allergist doctor. I was able to make an appointment over the phone without any problems.
Lousy attendants!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento sem falar nos médicos que parece nunca ter estudado, pois uma medica hematologista que desconhece a existência de um exame que detectar risco de trombose e que anticoncepcional aumenta este risco jamais deveria esta em um consultório deveria voltar para faculdade e estudar mais. Não merece nem uma estrela. Infelizmente teve que dar para postar.
Bad service, not to mention the doctors who never seem to have studied, because a hematologist who is unaware of the existence of an exam that detects the risk of thrombosis and that contraceptive increases this risk should never be in an office should go back to college and study more. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no horário marcado para realizar um exame de US, porém depois de mais de 1h fui perguntar o porque da demora, informaram que era por ordem de chegada, porém vi uma série de pessoas que haviam chegado bem depois. Falta de respeito total com o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site não funciona não abre eu já tentei várias vezes não consigo marcar consultas. Por telefone piora que tem uma musiquinha irritante que demora horas pra ser atendido.
The site doesn't work doesn't open I've tried several times I can't make appointments. Over the phone it gets worse because there is an annoying little song that takes hours to be answered.
