Phone spends hours for someone to answer. The appointment with the orthopedist is scheduled for a certain time and the person is seen hours later. Very disorganized and barely picks up phone signal

Fui duas vezes e as duas vezes dei viagem perdida, então, desisti. Se pra dar uma simples informação é desorganizado assim, não quis pagar pra ver como seria o resto.
I could not evaluate the physiotherapy professionals because they did not give correct information about the opening hours. I went twice and both times I missed the trip, so I gave up. If it's so disorganized to give a simple information, I didn't want to pay to see how the rest would be.
