Não atendem telefone, por whats havia marcado consulta com fono e faltava o encaminhamento, encaminhei dois dias depois e me falaram que a Dra havia mudado a agenda e passaria novas datas disponíveis no dia seguinte e me retornariam, já se passaram 7 dias, não tive retorno e também não me respondem mais. Não recomendo!
 Terrible attendance. They do not answer the phone, for whats I had made an appointment with a phone and the referral was missing, I forwarded it two days later and they told me that the Doctor had changed the schedule and would give me new available dates the next day and they would return to me, it's been 7 days, I didn't have I return and they don't answer me anymore. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah 4 anos meu filho faz tratamento com a fonoaudióloga Bianca Kik Violaro e não tenho do que reclamar , ótima profissional não só com seus pacientes mas com os responsáveis por eles , nos orienta e ajuda com ideias e procedimentos que podemos fazer no dia a dia para melhor evolução deles . A clínica é de fácil acesso, agradável e confortável seus profissionais são preparados e qualificados . Sempre que é perguntado eu recomendo pois confio plenamente em seus profissionais. Ah 4 years old my son gets treatment with the speech therapist Bianca Kik Violaro and I have nothing to complain about, great professional not only with his patients but with those responsible for them, guides us and helps us with ideas and procedures that we can do everyday to best evolution of them. The clinic is easily accessible, pleasant and comfortable its professionals are prepared and qualified. Whenever asked I recommend it because I fully trust your professionals. Thank you very much to Klos Clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei hoje para o atendimento, minha guia não estava impressa eu tinha enviado dia 06/10, iria passar com a psicóloga Vanessa ela foi super grossa não recomendo essa psicóloga, se tratando de profissional deveria ter uma postura melhor, se a Coopus paga pouco problema dela de aceitar a consulta, ainda por cima não perceberam que eu estava ainda na clínica e ficaram dando risada na sala em tom alto, achei um absurdo, total fora de ética. Deixo minha decepção.
I arrived today for the service, my guide was not printed, I had sent it on 06/10, I was going to see the psychologist Vanessa, she was super rude, I do not recommend this psychologist, in the case of a professional, I should have a better attitude, if Coopus pays little problem of accepting the consultation, on top of that they didn't realize that I was still in the clinic and they laughed loudly in the room, I thought it was absurd, totally unethical. I leave my disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção para pacientes muito pequena e com cadeiras desconfortáveis demais .Passei nessa clínica com a nutricionista,que mal me pesou,levei minha mãe pra passar com ela tbm no mesmo dia que por pedir a médica resolveu fazer o exame de bioimpedância falando que na primeira consulta faz e que nas próximas é cobrado a parte sendo que comigo não fez,na hora de sair da clínica simplesmente não pude sair porque a recepcionista não sabia executar a senha do convênio,e teve q ficar horas ligando para uma central que dizia que minha consulta tinha sido liberada,eu com um bebê de 4 meses tive que esperar a boa vontade deles resolverem para me liberar e ao pedir se podia usar o wi-fi para pedir um Uber já que o que pedi com minha última internet tive que cancelar por conta de não poder sair da clínica,fui informada de que não poderia usar.ou seja, só stress e cansaço para um atendimento meia boca da médica.

I went to this clinic with the nutritionist, who barely weighed me, I took my mother to see her, too, on the same day that, by asking the doctor, she decided to take the bioimpedance test, saying that in the first consultation does and that in the next ones the part is charged, since I didn't do it, when I left the clinic I simply couldn't leave because the receptionist didn't know how to execute the health insurance password, and I had to spend hours calling a center that said that my appointment I had been released, with a 4 month old baby I had to wait for their good will to decide to release me and when I asked if I could use the Wi-Fi to order an Uber since what I asked for with my last internet I had to cancel on account not being able to leave the clinic, I was informed that I could not use it. In other words, only stress and fatigue for a half-assed doctor's service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPOSSÍVEL marcar uma consulta!!! Quem quer marcar horário com um profissional de Psicologia é melhor ir no lugar e marcar, porque minha ansiedade eo stress só aumentaram tentando marcar pelo whatsapp e pelo telefone.
IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Who wants to schedule an appointment with a Psychology professional is better to go there and make an appointment, because my anxiety and stress only increased trying to make an appointment by whatsapp and by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho faz fono com a Dra. Ludmila, que é uma excelente profissional, quando iniciamos o tratamento ele quase não interagia, tinha muita dificuldade em formar palavras e frases. Através do trabalho executado ele vem apresentando um resultado positivo. É também acompanhado pela Terapeuta ocupacional, Dra Cristina Altomani que no momento está de licença maternidade e estamos sentindo a falta dela, pois vinha realizando um ótimo trabalho.
My son has a speech with Dr. Ludmila, who is an excellent professional, when we started the treatment he hardly interacted, he had a lot of difficulty forming words and sentences. Through the work performed he has been showing a positive result. He is also accompanied by the Occupational Therapist, Dr Cristina Altomani, who is currently on maternity leave and we are missing her, as she was doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fonoaudióloga Ludmilla é a melhor!!!Meu filho estava com fala tardia.Passei com cinco fonoaudiólogas.Ele só desenvolveu a fala após as sessões com a Ludmila.E foi apenas em 2 meses, foi um desenvolvimento impressionante.Ele continua o tratamento apenas para corrigir algumas falhas na fala.Ela é ótima! Excelente didática nos tratamentos.
The speech therapist Ludmilla is the best!!! My son had delayed speech. I went with five speech therapists. He only developed speech after the sessions with Ludmila. And it was only in 2 months, it was an impressive development. He continues the treatment only to correct some speech gaps. She's great! Excellent teaching in treatments.
