★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. João Gabriel Kosmiskas, médico maravilhoso, aquele médico calmo, que te passa confiança, lê, aponta e explica seus exames um a um (nunca fui em médico assim).
Com o passar do tempo, assim que vc chega na sala dele, ele já começa falando seu histórico de consultas passadas, pode ter sido de 6 meses, 1 ano, 2 anos, ele tem todo seu histórico.
E uma das coisas que mais gosto, te atende no horário marcado, em todos os médicos que fui na vida, nenhum foi ou é tão pontual qto ele, acho isso fundamental, pois sempre chegamos em consultas no horário marcado e muitos médicos nos deixam esperando 30 minutos, até 1hora, acho isso uma falta de respeito, e ele nao.

Dr. João Gabriel Kosmiskas, wonderful doctor, that calm doctor, who gives you confidence, reads, points and explains his exams one by one (I've never been to a doctor like that).
Over time, as soon as you arrive in his room, he starts talking about his history of past appointments, it could have been 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, he has all his history.
And one of the things I like the most, he sees you on time, in all the doctors I've been to in my life, none have been or are as punctual as he is, I think this is fundamental, because we always arrive at appointments on time and many doctors keep us waiting 30 minutes, up to 1 hour, I think that's a lack of respect, and he doesn't.
I highly recommend it!

Eu não estava tendo sorte, troquei de médico várias vezes, a maioria não dá atenção ao que o paciente fala e mal olham os exames, agora que achei o Dr. João Gabriel, não troco mais. ?
Dr. João Gabriel is an excellent doctor, explains everything in detail, clears all doubts, is attentive and very polite. All doctors should be like him. I wasn't having any luck, I changed doctors several times, most don't pay attention to what the patient says and they barely look at the exams, now that I've found Dr. João Gabriel, I don't change anymore. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do Dr. José Vicente, ótimo profissional, esclareceu todas as dúvidas, muito gentil. Demorou um pouco na recepção pois estava bem cheio, porém valeu muito a pena.

Minha consulta estava agendada para hoje 28/01 às 14:40hs com a Dra Cláudia, porém devido a um compromisso do meu marido, entrei em contato com o consultório um dia antes para reagendar. A recepcionista me informou que a próxima data seria somente para 02/03. Como tenho um pouco de urgência na consulta, meu marido acabou cancelando o compromisso dele para me acompanhar.
Pois bem, resido em Guarulhos, saímos de casa às 12h00 para não atrasarmos na consulta.
Para a minha surpresa deu o meu horário e nada da dra me chamar, comecei a observar que outras pacientes que chegaram bem depois de mim, foram atendidas antes. Notei que a Dra prioriza as puérperas, mas infelizmente NÃO nos avisam. Me dirigi até a recepção e perguntei se eu seria a próxima a ser atendida, pois já eram 15:35hs e ninguém havia me dado uma satisfação. Foi aí que então a recepcionista confirmou que as puérperas tem prioridade por estarem com pontos da cirurgia etc..
informei que estava com uma bebê no carro que estava com fome e se não teria como priorizar ( mesmo passando muito do meu horário agendado) a mesma disse que não tinha o que fazer. Perguntei se as puérperas também tinham horário agendado e ela disse que sim ( Mas mesmo assim são atendidas antes do horário agendado).
Acabei de sair da clínica chorando, pois me senti um lixo dentro de uma clínica particular, parecia que eu estava pedindo favores!!!!
Se eu soubesse que o atendimento seria desta forma, jamais teria agendado, pois também já fui puérpera e no consultório sempre fui atendida dentro do meu horário. Sinceramente não entendi o porque agendam horário para todas as pacientes se quem é puérpera chega depois do horário agendado e ainda "passam na nossa frente" . Ouvi pacientes informando que estavam atrasadas e foram atendidas antes de mim.
Estou DECEPCIONADA com tamanho descaso!
Resumindo: meu marido perdeu o compromisso, minha bebê estava no carro chorando com fome, tivemos que pagar o estacionamento, gastamos com gasolina, ficamos sem almoçar, tivemos que voltar para casa pelo Rodoanel devido ao rodízio e iremos chegar em casa super tarde devido ao novo trajeto.
Fui embora chorando e sem atendimento, a recepcionista simplesmente me disse que cancelaria a minha guia do convênio, e nem desculpas me pediu!. saí do consultório às 15:50hs pra nada!!!!!!
Enfim, um desrespeito e falta de empatia com o próximo!

My appointment was scheduled for today 01/28 at 2:40 pm with Dr Cláudia, but due to my husband's commitment, I contacted the office the day before to reschedule. The receptionist informed me that the next date would only be for 02/03. As I have a bit of urgency in the appointment, my husband ended up canceling his appointment to accompany me.
Well, I live in Guarulhos, we left the house at 12:00 so we wouldn't be late for the appointment.
To my surprise, my schedule was given and the dr did not call me, I began to observe that other patients who arrived well after me were seen before. I noticed that the Dr prioritizes puerperal women, but unfortunately they DO NOT warn us. I went to the reception and asked if I would be the next one to be served, as it was already 3:35 pm and no one had given me any satisfaction. That's when the receptionist confirmed that the puerperas have priority because they have stitches from the surgery etc..
I informed her that I had a baby in the car who was hungry and if there was no way to prioritize (even though I spent a lot of my scheduled time) she said she had nothing to do. I asked if the puerperas also had an appointment and she said yes (but even so, they are attended to before the scheduled time).
I just left the clinic crying, because I felt like trash inside a private clinic, it felt like I was asking for favors!!!!
If I had known that the service would be like this, I would never have scheduled it, because I was also a puerperal woman and I was always seen within my schedule at the office. Honestly, I don't understand why they schedule an appointment for all patients if the postpartum woman arrives after the scheduled time and still "passes in front of us". I heard patients reporting that they were late and were seen before me.
I am DISAPPOINTED with such neglect!
In short: my husband missed the appointment, my baby was in the car crying with hunger, we had to pay for parking, we spent on gas, we didn't have lunch, we had to return home via the Rodoanel due to the rotation and we will get home super late due to the new path.
I left crying and without service, the receptionist simply told me that she would cancel my insurance guide, and she didn't even apologize!. I left the office at 3:50 pm for nothing!!!!!!
Anyway, a disrespect and lack of empathy with the next!
