â â â â â O pronto atendimento da clĂnica Ă© pĂ©ssimo, nao recomendo para ninguĂ©m, o atendimento Ă© mais demorado que o atendimento de uma UPA pĂșblica, sĂł tem uma mĂ©dica para atender, fiquei esperando por mais de 2 horas, simplesmente horrĂvel, nao sei como ainda tem elogios aqui nas avaliaçÔes.
The clinic's emergency service is terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, the service takes longer than attending a public UPA, there is only one doctor to attend, I was waiting for more than 2 hours, just horrible, I don't know how there are still compliments here in the evaluations.

â â â â â A Consulta da minha esposa foi marcada para as 10:00 horas com a Dr.Barbara, ela foi atendida 12:00. E nĂŁo adianta nada justificar o atraso comparando com o atraso dos P.A pois a consulta Ă© particular, deveriam mostrar a diferença no atendimento e na pontualidade, os outros pacientes informaram que Ă© direto este atraso, primeira e Ășltima vez!! Local sem bebedouro, sem ventiladores e estava com o Ar condicionado desligado, inacreditĂĄvel para um local que recebe gestantes.
My wife's appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am with Dr. Barbara, she was attended 12:00. And it is useless to justify the delay compared to the delay of the AAP because the consultation is private, they should show the difference in care and punctuality, the other patients reported that this delay is direct, first and last time !! â â â â â Cheguei a clĂnica as 9:45hs e minha filha foi ser atendida as 17hs no dia 27/04/2021. Isso Ă© um absurdo. Estou tendo problemas com o plano pois o mesmo quer me cobrar pela consulta o valor de pronto socorro como se fosse uma emergencia, mas foi uma consulta de rotina, uma consulta comum. Na guia encaminhada ao plano de saĂșde colocaram que minha filha estava com constipação intestinal, mas minha filha graças a Deus estava saudĂĄvel. SĂł queria solicitar exames de rotina anual que sempre faço. RidĂculo! Sem mencionar na pressa que a Dra Regina parecia estar. Mal iluminado, banheiros trancados....
I arrived at the clinic at 9:45 am and my daughter went to be seen at 5 pm on 27/04/2021. This is nonsense. I'm having problems with the plan because it wants to charge me for the first aid appointment as if it were an emergency, but it was a routine appointment, a common appointment. In the tab sent to the health plan, they stated that my daughter had intestinal constipation, but my daughter, thank God, was healthy. I just wanted to order the annual routine exams that I always do. Ridiculous! Not to mention the rush Dr Regina seemed to be in. Poorly lit, locked bathrooms....

â â â â â Adoro o atendimento da Dr Regina! Excelente mĂ©dica (tanto na parte da clĂnica qto na pediatria). Por isso dei Cinco estrelas, mas nĂŁo vou negar que hĂĄ uma demora no atendimento (de 2 a 3 horas).
I love Dr Regina's service! Excellent doctor (both in the clinic and in pediatrics). That's why I gave it five stars, but I won't deny that there is a delay in service (2 to 3 hours).
