★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são otimos mas o atendimento (recepção, agendamento de exames, consultas) é péssimo. Os números que passam num cartão para entrarmos em contato e agendar as consultas e exames principalmente, não atendem de maneira alguma. Quando em contato com outro número que atendem não passam a devida orientação deixando o cliente sem saber o que fazer. Um transtorno desnecessario!
The doctors are great but the service (reception, scheduling of exams, appointments) is terrible. The numbers that we use on a card to get in touch and schedule appointments and exams, mainly, do not answer at all. When in contact with another number, they do not provide the necessary guidance, leaving the customer not knowing what to do. An unnecessary inconvenience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento péssimo por telefone. passei mais de meia hora tentando ligar pro numero que botam nas informações pra marcar uma ultra morfologica e ninguem atende, já ate desisti de fazer lá. melhorem isso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho nasceu nessa clínica. Vários problemas consecutivos ao longo de minha estadia. Demora nos processos administrativos, demora em limpeza... são tantos problemas que se fosse listar iria virar um livro aqui. Péssima experiência.
My son was born at this clinic. Several consecutive problems throughout my stay. Delay in administrative processes, delay in cleaning... there are so many problems that if I were to list it, it would turn into a book here. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tudo demora, até pra atender o telefone pra marcação de consulta demora. Se a pessoa quiser marcar consulta tem que ir lá por que se for esperar ser atendida pelo telefone a pessoa se estressa e desisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento Péssima recepção, não existe atendimento de marcação por telefone. O que salva wssa Clinica é o Dr. Paulo Sérgio. Muito competente, ético, se nao fosse pelo dr. Paulo Sérgio, não sei o que seria essa clínica. Já teria fechado com certeza.
humanização aí e zero. tudo é Péssimo, estrutura. Sonhando continuo o atendimento aí, por causa dele. Profissional Excelente e exemplar esse médico.
