★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma total falta de respeito com os pacientes, no mínimo e uma 1h de espera independente do horário que você chega, 2h de esperava por uma consulta que dura 5 min. Se puder não vá nessa clínica.
 A total lack of respect for patients, at least and a 1h wait regardless of the time you arrive, 2h wait for an appointment that lasts 5 min. If you can, don't go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu marquei uma consulta hoje! No meu aniversário! Pleno sábado sai cedo de casa, vim de Osasco até aqui, gastei mó grana com gasolina e café da manhã, chego aqui dizem que meu convênio não passa, isso que eu confirmei antes pelo WhatsApp, é isso que eu chamo de descaso!

Eles estão desde 08/04 fora do whats
Estou indignada pq eu pago não é de graça deveriam me responder mandar uma mensagem, ter mais respeito pelos pacientes dessa Clínica.
Se estamos indo em uma clínica psiquiátrica é pq precisamos de atenção e respeito e não para passarmos nervoso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci hoje a clínica, pois precisei levar minha filha a consulta psiquiátrica. Posso afirmar que o atendimento foi excelente tanto por parte da equipe de apoio como também pelo médico. O espaço é simples. Porém o acolhimento foi nota 10. A equipe está de parabéns!

Precisamos sair do trabalho para comparecer ao local, e não fomos atendidos mesmo 1h depois.
A recepção é BEM seca e não aceita críticas.
Sobre o médico: ainda não posso falar! Aliás, não fui chamada!
A recepcionista? Grossa.
E o engraçado, é entrar no site e ver SEMPRE AS MESMAS RECLAMAÇÕES! e ninguém faz nada.
A gente vem numa clínica de psicologia, pra passar mais nervoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, por ser uma clínica pisquiatrica eu esperava mais respeito com o próximo, estava esperando a mais de 1h, quando cheguei só havia uma pessoa na minha frente e simplesmente chamaram uma pessoa que chegou depois de mim, e quando perguntei disseram que seria a próxima, só isso, como se fosse normal a espera e o ocorrido!
Se vc precisa, vá com muita paciência!
Honestly, because it is a psychiatric clinic I expected more respect from others, I was waiting for more than 1 hour, when I arrived there was only one person in front of me and they simply called a person who arrived after me, and when I asked they said it would be the next one. , that's all, as if the wait and what happened were normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me consultei com o Dr. Pablo e ele é super atencioso, mas a consulta foi super rápida, e provavelmente por esse motivo ele esqueceu de me receitar um dos medicamentos da minha ficha, e com isso, fiquei sem um dos remédios e o atendimento da recepção é PÉSSIMO e não tem nenhum empenho em checar o e-mail, conversar no telefone ou conversar com o médico para fazer a receita que faltava, que eu não tinha por erro do médico. Eu liguei diversas vezes, enviei e reenviei e-mail e eles sempre inventando desculpas para não ajudar, sendo que o remédio é de uso contínuo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! O médico receitou ao meu pai alguns medicamentes 3 dias após o uso meu pai piorou. Eu liguei para a clínica e a atendente pediu que eu escreve por msg. Assim eu fiz, depois de 24 horas da msg ela respondeu que o médico mandou reduzir a dosagem.
So Que após 24 horas Meu pai estava pior. Eu parei de dar o remédio. Liguei na clínica reclamei e mandei msg. Mas o médico não retornou em nenhum momento!
Eles queriam que eu levasse meu pai novamente na clínica. A consulta foi particular!
Levei meu pai em outro médico que confirmou que a medição foi receitada de forma errada. E ainda informou que se fosse dipirona meu pai não estaria ali! Eu escrevi para a clínica falei que queria o meu dinheiro de volta! A atendente apenas informou que disponibilizou uma nova consulta!
Eles não tiveram nenhuma preocupação com o paciente. Não tive um médico me ligando e se preocupando, não tive nenhum tratamento humanizado como eles anunciam! Meu pai por conta destes remédios não conseguiria ir até está clínica! A melhor coisa que fiz foi procurar outro médico! Hoje meu pai está melhor e não toma nenhum médico receitado através desta clínica!
Por favor, não leve nesta clínica se quiser que o seu parente esteja vido!
Awful! The doctor prescribed my father some medicines 3 days after use my father got worse. I called the clinic and the attendant asked me to write by msg. So I did, after 24 hours of the message she replied that the doctor ordered the dosage to be reduced.
So that after 24 hours My father was worse. I stopped giving the medicine. I called the clinic, complained and texted. But the doctor never returned!
They wanted me to take my dad back to the clinic. The consultation was private!
I took my father to another doctor who confirmed the measurement was wrongly prescribed. And he even informed me that if it was dipyrone my father wouldn't be there! I wrote to the clinic and said I wanted my money back! The attendant just informed that she made a new appointment available!
They had no concern for the patient. I didn't have a doctor calling me and worrying, I didn't have any humanized treatment like they advertise! My father, because of these medicines, would not be able to go to this clinic! The best thing I did was find another doctor! Today my father is better and does not take any doctor prescribed through this clinic!
Please do not bring it to this clinic if you want your relative to be here!
