★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! No agendamento solicitaram apenas o pedido médico, quando cheguei na clínica falaram que o médico não iria me atender porque eu estava sem o cartão do bebê. Se isso é obrigatório, por que não informaram na hora do agendamento? Estava ansiosa pra ver o meu bebê, me programei e cheguei com antecedência pra uma das atendentes ficar debochando da minha cara. Uma pena! Vi comentários muito bons sobre os médicos, mas um atendimento humanizado começa pela recepção. Me senti super desrespeitada e frustada.
Bad experience! In the appointment, they only asked for the medical request, when I arrived at the clinic they said that the doctor would not see me because I didn't have the baby's card. If this is mandatory, why not inform at the time of scheduling? I was anxious to see my baby, I programmed and arrived in advance for one of the attendants to make fun of my face. A feather! I saw very good comments about the doctors, but a humanized service starts with the reception. I felt super disrespected and frustrated.
