Os telefones postados aqui simplesmente não atendem ou tiram do gancho e deixa esperar até a ligação cair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificilmente atendem o telefone, ( recepcionistas não atendem, e já vi), e ainda quando atendem desligam a nossa cara e difícil encontrar vaga para carro lá. Sou paciente. A fono é maravilhosa. As demais especialidades nunca usei, até mesmo por não conseguir atendimento telefônico. Não sei se é alguma regra da empresa...já vi inclusive elas osciosas e o telefone tocando. Penso que deste jeito vão falir a clínica.
They hardly answer the phone, (receptionists don't answer, and I've seen it), and even when they do, they hang up on us and it's hard to find a parking space there. I'm patient. The phono is wonderful. I never used the other specialties, even because I couldn't get a phone call. I don't know if it's a company rule ... I've seen them even idle and the phone is ringing. I think that this way the clinic will fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é pior que péssima. Negam horario quando o fisioterapeuta diz que tem. Não entram em contato para cancelar o atendimento e não atendem o telefone. A gente pede uma informação e a resposta é "Não sei". Enfim, parece que fazem favor em nos atender. Sugiro que mudem para uma outra atividade que não necessita lidar com pessoas ou ofereçam treinamentos aos colaboradores direcionado para relacionamento com clientes. Pesquisa de satisfação também é válida para medir nosso grau de INSATISFAÇÃO.

No inicio a ligação até chamava, agora a mensagem é de que a linha está ocupada. Gente pelo amor de Deus... Depois que vocês cansam de escutar tocar, vocês tiram o telefone do gancho para não atender?
Vi comentários elogiosos sobre os profissionais da clinica, mas todos reclamam que não conseguem atendimento pelo telefone. Aos proprietários: aumentem a quantidade de linhas, melhore a qualidade dos profissionais da recepção, se não há melhora, troque, é simples. Quem procura a clinica para ter atendimento médico e não consegue nem marcar, por não conseguir nem atendimento telefônico , irá procurar outro lugar, quem perde dinheiro são vocês.
