★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A falta de respeito da clinica é tao grande que se acumulam pacientes em jejum absoluto por salas de espera sem ar condicionado em Ribeirão Preto, uma das cidades mais quentes do Interior de São Paulo.
Medicos marcam pacientes de 10 em 10 minutos, sabendo que demora mais que isso para se fazer uma endoscopia.
A tipica clinica onde os medicos são “deuses” as enfermeiras semideusas e os pacientes são a pedra no sapato da vida deles.
MAIS RESPEITO COM OS PACIENTES! Agendem horarios realistas, ofereçam o minimo do conforto para que sua clinica possa ser recomendada!
O problema do Brasil, tambem esta com vocês, que reclamam do que os convenios pagam, e pra isso destratam o paciente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei minha endoscopia para o dia 07/01 e não recebi nenhum contato no dia anterior para confirmar ou não o exame. Liguei 1 milhão de vezes e ninguém atendeu. Resolvi pegar o carro e ir até a clínica para poder eu mesma confirmar o exame. Estava fechada.
Ou seja, entraram de férias/folga ou sei lá o quê e não se deram ao trabalho de ao menos avisar.
I scheduled my endoscopy for 01/07 and did not receive any contact the previous day to confirm or not the exam. I called a million times and no one answered. I decided to take the car and go to the clinic so I could confirm the exam myself. It was closed.
That is, they went on vacation / break or whatever and did not even bother to warn.
