Acho uma falta de respeito total vc procurar um serviço de alguém e por conta da recepção perder um paciente.
Liguei inúmeras vezes é percebia q a pessoas atendia e deixava meio q fora do gancho, para parar de chamar. quando finalmente ela atendeu eu nem tinha terminado de tirar minha dúvida ela desligou na minha cara, desliguei e tentei retornar novamente diversas vezes... quando ela atendeu disse só um instante e me deixou na minha por 5 min desliguei e tentei de novo, pois era importante, quando ela atendeu toda pior ainda com má educação eu perguntei qual a dificuldade para atender e questionei o fato dela deixar a gente feito bobo na linha.
Ela foi mais mal educada ainda.
Bom precisava mesmo passar na especialidade de ortopedia, mas devido a falta de respeito e educação da rececionista, vou passar bem longe, cartão de visita do consultório é péssimo e pelo q vi nos comentários é comum esse comportamento.

I find it a total lack of respect you seek a service from someone and because of the reception lose a patient.
I called numerous times and realized that people answered and left half q off hook to stop calling. when she finally answered I was not even clear of my doubt she hung up on me, I hung up and tried to return again several times ... when she answered she said just a moment and left me in mine for 5 min I hung up and tried again because it was important, when she met all the worse even with bad manners I asked how difficult it was to answer and questioned the fact that she made us silly on the line.
She was even more rude.
Good really needed to pass the specialty of orthopedics, but due to the lack of respect and education of the receptionist, I will go far, office card is terrible and from what I saw in the comments this behavior is common.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é a primeira vez que ligo na clínica e a secretaria JESSICA é mal educada e desliga o telefone na cara das pessoas, nem terminei de falar e ela desligou o telefone, o médico é muito bem recomendado, mas por conta desse atendimento vou procurar uma clínica que trate as pessoas com respeito.
It is not the first time that I call at the clinic and the secretary JESSICA is rude and hangs up on people, I didn't even finish talking and she hung up the phone, the doctor is very well recommended, but because of this service I will look for a clinic that treats people with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível marcar consulta nesta clinica diante da postura da recepcionista que além de te deixar na linha, desliga o telefone na cara. Pelo que vejo dos comentários é um problema antigo e me parece que infelizmente os médicos da clinica optaram por manter esta profissional despreparada e que com toda certeza faz com que os pacientes desistam. Absurdo!
Impossible to make an appointment at this clinic due to the posture of the receptionist who, besides leaving you on the line, hangs up on your face. From what I see from the comments it is an old problem and it seems to me that unfortunately the doctors at the clinic have chosen to keep this professional unprepared and that certainly makes patients give up. Absurd!

Na verdade nem passei, porque o local não tem tolerância...
A recepcionista, Jéssica, uma pessoa totalmente sem educação, sem preparação nenhum para orientar o paciente...
Que insatisfação...

I liked the service provided by Dr Jorge orthopedist, he was very polite, he examined me and asked for the exams I had expected.

Tive que ligar de novo. Várias vezes.
Too long to make an appointment. And sometimes, they hung up the phone, in the middle of the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico, é um excelente profissional! Mas a recepcionista Jessica, extremamente grossa, sem o mínimo de educação! Infelizmente tive qie procurar outro profissional devido ao descaso desta funcionária com os pacientes. Gostaria de entender que mesmo com tantas reclamações, prejudicando a imagem da Clínica, ainda continua trabalhando neste consultório. Lamentável , pois o médico está perdendo pacientes devido a falta de educação, descaso e de desrespeito com os pacientes.
