★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente a começar das recepcionistas que são um amor de pessoas. Consultei ontem com ginecologista, o doutor Romu, inicialmente fiquei meio sem graça porem a simpatia e a educação do profissional em questão supri todas as necessidades e até mesmo a vergonha. Super recomendo!
Excellent service starting from the receptionists who are a love of people. I consulted yesterday with a gynecologist, Dr. Romu, initially I was a little embarrassed, however, the friendliness and education of the professional in question met all the needs and even the shame. Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção foi bom, mas são péssimos para cumprir com o horário marcado. Não sei se é a clínica ou o doutor Romi. Marquei uma consulta às 11:30 e consegui ser atendida as 12:00 isso porque pedi outro paciente para eu entrar antes . Fui no meu horário de almoço e bem corrido para mim pois não é perto do meu trabalho. O médico deixou representante farmacêutico entrar com seus produtos, sem nem se preocupar no atraso e no transtorno das pessoas que estavam lá fora aguardando. Fiquei muito insatisfeita com a demora do médico e o descaso do atraso.
Reception service was good, but they are terrible at meeting the appointment. I don't know if it's the clinic or Dr. Romi. I made an appointment at 11:30 and managed to be seen at 12:00 because I asked another patient for me to enter before. I went on my lunch break and it was pretty busy for me because it's not close to my work. The doctor let the pharmaceutical representative in with his products, without even worrying about the delay and inconvenience of the people who were waiting outside. I was very dissatisfied with the delay of the doctor and the neglect of the delay.
